Warranty Information
Thank you for your purchase. Your new Anko product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, provided it is used in accordance with accompanying recommendations or instructions.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights observed under New Zealand legislation.
Anko will provide a refund, repair (where possible), or exchange for this product if it becomes defective within the warranty period. The business will bear reasonable expenses for claiming the warranty. This warranty does not apply if the defect results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. For any product difficulties, contact the Customer Service Centre for the entity you purchased the product from.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Operating Instructions
Function Overview
The headphone has the following controls and ports:
- 1. Volume+/Next Song: Short press to increase volume. Long press to skip to the next song.
- 2. Power/Play/Pause Button: Short press to play or pause music. Long press for 3 seconds to turn the unit on or off.
- 3. Volume-/Previous Song: Short press to decrease volume. Long press to skip to the previous song.
- 4. Voice Assistant Button: Long press to activate the voice assistant.
- 5. Microphone: For hands-free calls.
- 6. Charging Port: USB-C port for charging.
- 7. Indicator Light: Shows charging status.
- 8. 3.5mm Audio Input/Auxiliary Port: For wired connection.
How to Use This Headphone
1. Power On/Off
Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn the unit on.

2. Play/Pause
- Turn the unit on.
- Short press the power button to play or pause music.
3. Pairing a Bluetooth Device for the First Time
- Turn the unit on.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your external device.
- In your device's Bluetooth settings, select the device name "anko43499656" to pair.
- Once successfully paired and connected, a beep will sound from the unit.
- After initial pairing, the unit will remain paired unless unpaired manually.
- If Bluetooth has been used before, the system will search for the last connected device and reconnect automatically when found.
Note: Only one Bluetooth device can connect at a time. When the Aux-in cable is connected, Bluetooth function is disabled. Disconnect the Aux-in cable before using Bluetooth.
If your device becomes unpaired or you cannot connect, repeat the pairing steps.
4. Charging
The headphone uses an integrated rechargeable battery that cannot be removed or replaced.
Charge the battery fully for optimal performance and battery life upon initial use.
Use the included USB charging cable. Connect the USB-C end to the headphone's charging port and the USB-A end to a suitable USB port on your computer or a USB wall charger (DC5V).
The indicator light will turn red while charging and turn off when fully charged. Charging time is approximately 2-3 hours.
5. Wired Mode
Plug the 3.5mm audio cable into the AUX port on the headphones and connect the other end to your mobile phone, computer, or other audio equipment. The headphones can be used without starting the Bluetooth function.
Note: In wired mode, functions like pause playback or volume adjustment via the headphones are not available. The headphones will automatically switch off when the 3.5mm audio cable is plugged in.
6. Hands-Free Calling
- Short press the power button to answer an incoming phone call.
- Long press the power button to reject an incoming phone call.
7. Voice Assistant
- Turn the unit on and connect via Bluetooth.
- Long press the voice assistant button to activate the voice assistant.
