12 Month Warranty

Thank you for your purchase. Your new product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated above, from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in accordance with accompanying recommendations for instructions where provided. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights observed under New Zealand legislation.

The business will provide a refund, repair (where possible), or exchange (availability dependent) for this product if it becomes defective within the warranty period. The business will bear the reasonable expense of claiming the warranty. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Contact the Customer Service Centre listed below for any difficulties with your product. Warranty claims and claims for expenses incurred in returning this product can be addressed to the respective Customer Services Centre.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Using the In-line Controls

Overview:

The headphone jack features:

• 1. Microphone
• 2. Call answer and music control button

How to use the In-line control functions:

Connect the headphone to your device via the 3.5mm headphone socket.

A. Call Answer

• Answer Call: Press the call answer/music control button to answer calls on your device.
• Hang Up / End Call: During a call, press the call answer/music control button to mute/unmute the microphone. Press and hold the button for approximately 1 second to end the phone call.
• Reject Call: To decline an incoming call, press and hold the call answer/music control button for about two seconds.

B. Music Control

• Pause Music: Press the call answer/music control button once to pause or resume music.
• Next Song: Press the call answer/music control button twice in quick succession to skip track forward.
• Previous Song: Press the call answer/music control button 3 times in quick succession to skip track backwards.

C. Voice Assistant

• Device's voice assistant (Where applicable): Press and hold the call answer/music control button for 2 seconds to activate the device's voice assistant (where applicable).
