Warranty Information

12 Month Warranty. This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated, from the date of purchase, provided it is used in accordance with accompanying recommendations or instructions.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights observed under New Zealand legislation.

The business will provide a refund, repair, or exchange for defective products within the warranty period. The business will bear reasonable expense for claiming the warranty.

This warranty does not apply if the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Headphone Overview

The headphones feature several controls and ports. From top to bottom on one earcup, there are buttons labeled 1 through 4. Button 1 is for Volume Up and Next Song. Button 2 is the Power button and Play/Pause. Button 3 is for Volume Down and Previous Song. Button 4 is the Voice Assistant button. Below these buttons are a Microphone (5), Charging Port (6), Indicator Light (7), and a 3.5mm Audio Input/Auxiliary port (8).

How to Use

Power On/Off

Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn the unit on or off.

Play/Pause

  1. Turn the unit on.
  2. Short press the power button to play or pause music.

Pairing a Bluetooth Device for the First Time

  1. Turn the unit on.
  2. Turn on your external device.
  3. In your external device's Bluetooth settings, select the device name "anko43499595" to pair.
  4. Upon successful pairing and connection, a beep will be heard from the unit.
  5. The unit stays paired unless manually unpaired.
  6. If Bluetooth has been used previously, the system will search for the last connected device and reconnect automatically if found.

Note: Only one Bluetooth device can connect at a time. Connecting via Aux cable disables Bluetooth. Disconnect the Aux cable before using Bluetooth.

Charging

The headphone uses an integrated rechargeable battery that cannot be removed or replaced. Charge fully for optimal performance. Use the included USB charging cable. Connect the USB-C end to the headphone's charging port and the USB-A end to a computer or USB wall charger (DC5V).

The indicator light is red while charging and turns off when fully charged. Charging time is approximately 2-3 hours.

Wired Mode

Plug the 3.5mm cable into the AUX port on the headphones and the other end into your mobile phone, computer, or other audio equipment. The headphones can be used without turning on the Bluetooth function.

Note: In wired mode, functions like playback control and volume adjustment are not available through the headphones. The headphones will automatically switch off when the 3.5mm audio cable is plugged in.

Hands-Free Calls

Short press the power button to answer a phone call.

Long press the power button to reject a call.

Voice Assistant

  1. Turn the unit on and connect Bluetooth.
  2. Long press the voice assistant button to activate.
