Step 1: Connection
Connect the RJ45 port of the Bluetooth module to the EPEVER controller, inverter, or inverter/charger. Take the inverter/charger connection as an example.
Diagram Description: A connection diagram illustrates the setup. A PV array connects to a circuit breaker, which then connects to a solar controller or inverter/charger. The EPEVER BLE RJ45 A module connects via an RJ45 port to the controller/inverter/charger. The diagram also shows a battery connected to the controller/inverter/charger, and an AC load connected via another circuit breaker. This depicts a typical solar power system with energy storage and AC output.
Step 2: APP Connection (Phone)
Turn on the Bluetooth switch on your phone, and open the EPEVER Pair APP. Click the "Local" icon on the home page to enter the BLE connection page.
Diagram Description: A sequence of phone screenshots shows the EPEVER Pair APP. The first shows the app's home screen with options for 'Local' and 'Cloud' monitoring. The second screen displays the 'Local' connection page, listing available Bluetooth devices with their MAC addresses and names, such as 'eBox-DLE-35128C'. The third screen shows a connection status update with a timestamp.
Step 3: Module Search and Connect
Click the "BLE" icon to search for modules automatically, and click the module's name to connect it.
Step 4: Remote Monitoring
After connecting successfully, remotely monitor the device connected to the Bluetooth module by the phone APP.
Diagram Description: A phone screenshot displays the EPEVER APP showing real-time data for a connected device. It includes sections for 'PV', 'Battery', and 'Load', listing parameters like voltage, current, and power. The status is shown as 'Normal' or '0.00' for various readings.
Note: The Bluetooth module only supports one-to-one communication (i.e., a Bluetooth module can only connect one controller, inverter, or inverter/charger). Detail connection cable refers to the connected device accessories list.
Note:
- The phone and the Bluetooth module can't be placed more than 10 meters away.
- The Bluetooth module only supports the "Local" function of the APP and does not support the "Wifi on cloud" function.
