Safety Information
Please read the safety instructions carefully before using the product for the first time and keep the instructions for future reference.
- This product is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children.
- Warning: This product includes lithium polymer batteries.
- Keep product out of the reach of children and pets to avoid chewing and swallowing.
- Product operating and storage temperature is from 0 degree Celsius to 40 degree Celsius. Under and over this temperature might affect the function.
- Never open the product. Touching the inside electrics can cause electric shock. Repairs or service should only be performed by qualified personnel.
- Do not expose to heat, water, moisture, direct sunlight!
- Please remove the earphones in case of any leakage or excessive heat from the product to avoid burns or rash.
- Please protect your ears against loud volume. Loud volume can damage your ears and risk in hearing loss.
- Bluetooth wireless technology operates within a range of about 10 m (30 feet). The maximum communication distance may vary depending on the presence of obstacles (people, metal objects, walls, etc.) or the electromagnetic environment.
- Microwaves emitting from a Bluetooth device may affect the operation of electronic medical devices.
- The unit is not waterproof. If water or foreign objects enter the unit, it may result in fire or electric shock. If water or a foreign object enters the unit, stop use immediately.
Charge It
- On the right ear cup, carefully plug the micro USB cable into the micro USB charging port and connect the other end of the cable to either a computer USB port or to a USB-compatible car or wall charger.
- A solid red LED light will appear to indicate when the headphone is charging.
- When charging is complete, the LED light will turn blue.
- Charging time is approximately 2 hours.
Turn It On/Off
- Press and hold the power button on the right side of the headphone for about 6 seconds.
- The headphone will emit "power on" after 2 seconds, and a red LED light will light on. Keep pressing until a blue and red LED light flash alternately; the headphone will emit "Pairing", then you can start to connect the phone.
- To turn the wireless Bluetooth headphone off, press and hold the power button again for 4 seconds until the LED light turns off.
Pair & Connect With New Device
- Power on the wireless Bluetooth headphone (refer to the "Turn It On" section).
- To pair the headphone with a new device, the blue LED light blinks to indicate it is ready to be paired with your device.
- On your Bluetooth-enabled smartphone, tablet, or media player, navigate to the Bluetooth settings menu, turn on the Bluetooth feature, and search for new devices.
- After a few seconds, you will see "DENVER BTH-250" listed.
- Tap this model to select it. A solid blue LED light indicates your device has successfully paired.
- With your previously paired device's Bluetooth turned on and in range, the headphone will automatically reconnect to the last Bluetooth device it was connected to.
NOTE: If the headphone is not used within 10 minutes, the headphones will automatically turn off to save battery.
Play
- Connect your device to the headphone via Bluetooth (refer to the "Pair & Connect" section).
- Open your favorite music app and press play.
- Control the music, track & volume from your device, or control the music & volume from the touch screen (refer to the "Touch Function" section).
- Press the Power button once to play/pause music & answer calls.
- Press it twice to redial the last number called on your phone.
- Press and hold it to reject an incoming call.
- All audio, including music, games, videos, and notifications, will be routed through the headphone.
Touch Function
- Press & Hold + area (refer to product diagram) to switch next track.
- Press & Hold - area (refer to product diagram) to switch previous track.
- Press + area (refer to product diagram) to turn up the volume.
- Press - area (refer to product diagram) to turn down the volume.
Troubleshooting
No power
Recharge your wireless Bluetooth headphone using the micro USB cable.
Music is not playing over Bluetooth
- Make sure your Bluetooth device has A2DP profile.
- Check if both devices are paired and connected over Bluetooth.
- Restart the headphone to reconnect your Bluetooth device.
Bluetooth device will not reconnect with the headphone
- Navigate to your Bluetooth settings menu on your Bluetooth device, tap "DENVER BTH-250", and select "Forget".
- Now follow the steps to pair your device again.
- Alternatively, press and hold the power button on the headphone (while powered on) to disconnect the headphones from any connected devices. Then follow the steps to reconnect your device.
For safety reasons, please do not charge the headphones while using them.

Key components labeled include: an LED indicator, the USB Charging Port/AUX cable input, a microphone, and controls for Next Track/Volume Up and Previous Track/Volume Down. All cities have established collection points, where electric and electronic equipment and batteries can either be submitted free of charge at recycling stations and other collection sites, or be collected from households. Additional information is available at the technical department of your city.
