Power ON/OFF
- To power on, press and hold the multi-function button until the red and blue LED flashes alternatively.
- To power off, press and hold the multi-function button until the LED turns red. The earbuds also turn off automatically if disconnected from your Bluetooth device for over five minutes.
Pairing
Stereo Mode
Connect the two paired earbuds to your smartphone to create stereo sound.
- Press and hold the multi-function buttons of both earbuds simultaneously until the LEDs flash red and blue alternately.
- Wait 3 seconds for the earbuds to pair with each other.
- On your smartphone, enable Bluetooth, search for and select "TWE-36MK3" to pair. After successful pairing, the blue LED flashes slowly.
The earbuds automatically reconnect to your smartphone after being successfully paired.
Mono Mode
Connect either earbud to your smartphone for mono sound.
- Press and hold the multi-function button of the earbud you wish to pair until the LED flashes red and blue alternately.
- On your smartphone, enable Bluetooth, search for and select "TWE-36MK3" to pair.
Note: To change the earbud paired in mono mode, turn off the currently paired earbud and then press and hold the multi-function button of the desired earbud to pair with the smartphone.
Talking Mode
To control phone calls, ensure the earbuds are connected to your smartphone. Incoming call numbers are announced via voice broadcast.
To answer a call, press the multi-function button once. To reject a call, long press the multi-function button.
To redial the last phone number during music playback, press the multi-function button twice.
Charging
Charging the Earbuds
During charging, the red LED turns on. The LED turns off when fully charged.
Note: The earbuds are automatically turned off when charging.
Charging the Charging Box
During charging, the red LED flashes. After fully charged, the red LED shows a solid light.
Trouble Shooting
The following steps can resolve pairing or reconnecting issues:
- If issues persist, re-pair the earbuds with your smartphone. Turn off Bluetooth on your smartphone or turn off the earbuds, then follow the pairing steps described in this manual.
- Ensure the battery dock has sufficient power.
- Place the earbuds into the dock for recharging.
Care and Maintenance
- Charge the earbuds at least once every 6 months.
- Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).
- Do not use chemicals or detergents to clean the earbuds.
- Do not drop or knock the earbuds on hard surfaces.
- Do not scrape the surface with sharp objects.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the product.
