Maintenance Tips
Only professionally trained maintenance personnel with air purifier maintenance qualification should perform maintenance. Unauthorized repairs are prohibited to avoid serious consequences.
If the air purifier malfunctions, refer to "Common Malfunctions Analysis and Exclusion" before contacting customer service. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, unplug the power cord and contact Viomi Customer Service Center or Foshan Viomi Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. Warm Tips
Before use, remove the packaging bag from the filter inside the machine. Refer to "Filter Replacement" on page 4 for removal and installation instructions.

Using Instruction
Control Panel Diagram Description: The control panel displays PM2.5 Value, UV status, TVOC status, and AI/UV/Sleep mode indicators. Buttons include On/Off, UV, Mode, and Wi-Fi Reset. Indicators for Wi-Fi Status and PM2.5 Status are present.
When the machine is powered on, it enters standby mode.
Power on/Standby
Short press the [On/Off Button] to display the current PM2.5 value and enter smart mode. Short pressing again enters standby mode, turning off all functions.
UV Sterilization Function
Short press the [UV Button] to turn the UV sterilization function on or off.
Mode Selection
Short press the [Mode Button] to cycle through modes: Powerful Mode, AI Mode, and Sleep Mode.
- Powerful Mode: Operates at maximum wind speed for maximum purification.
- AI Mode: Automatically adjusts purification based on current PM2.5 and TVOC status.
- Sleep Mode: Minimizes purification capacity and operates at low wind speeds.
Screen Extinguishing Mode: Supports mobile phone APP operation only. After 15 seconds of inactivity, the system enters this mode with minimal wind speed and all lights off.
Wi-Fi Reset Button
Long press the [Wi-Fi Reset Button] to reset the Wi-Fi connection.
Anion Function
The anion function is automatically enabled when the unit is on and disabled in standby and sleep modes.
Air Quality Indicator Function
The PM2.5 status indicator circle changes color based on PM2.5 concentration: Orange (high), Blue (medium), Green (low). The gaseous pollutant status indicator also changes color: Orange (heavy pollution), Blue (medium pollution), Green (low pollution).
Appointment Function
This function is available via the mobile APP for scheduling power-on/off times.
Tips on Filter Life
Mobile APP: Notifies when the filter needs replacement. Reset the filter life by pressing and holding the "[UV Button] + [Mode Button]" for 3 seconds after replacement.
Host: Refer to troubleshooting for filter reset.
Anti-mosquito Operation Method
Operation: When the mosquito repellent switch is ON, the mosquito trap lamp is ON. When the switch is OFF, the lamp is OFF.
Cleaning the Mosquito Storage Box:
- Before cleaning, turn the mosquito repellent switch to OFF and power off the purifier.
- Draw out the mosquito storage box. Clean debris and mosquito nets. Insert the mosquito net into the card slot.
- Insert the mosquito storage box back into the host. Close the back cover of the main unit to complete cleaning.

Wi-Fi Connection
Connect MIJIA APP
This product is connected to Mijia, allowing control via the Mijia APP and interconnection with other Mijia products.
Note: Due to APP updates, actual operation may vary. Follow the instructions in the current Mijia APP.
APP Download: Scan the QR code to download and install the "Mijia" APP. Alternatively, search for "Mijia" in your app store. Open the APP homepage, click "+" in the upper right corner, and add devices following the prompts.
Phone Wi-Fi Binding: Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi before connecting. Open the APP, click "+" on the device interface, select the device, and follow prompts. Refer to "Wi-Fi Reset" if connection issues arise.
Wi-Fi Reset
If your router or Wi-Fi password changes, reset the Wi-Fi by pressing and holding the [Wi-Fi Icon Button] for 3 seconds until the Wi-Fi icon flashes, then reconnect.
Note: "Works with Mijia" is for software verification. Xiaomi and Mijia are not responsible for manufacturing, standards, or quality supervision.
Filter Replacement
Steps:
- Shut down and power off the host: If the machine is running, short press the [On/Off Button] to turn it off. For standby mode, unplug the power supply to cut power.
- Open the filter cover: Grasp the buckle of the filter cover and pull it out.
- Remove and replace the filter: Take out the old filter and wrap it in a garbage bag to prevent pollutant dispersion. Treat waste filters as non-combustible garbage. It is recommended to replace the filter every 8-12 months, depending on usage. The system will display "EE" when replacement is needed.
- Install the new filter: Ensure the filter is oriented correctly for the slot. Align the filter cover's bottom with the host's groove, then close the door cover. Plug in the power supply and run the unit.
- Reset filter reminder: Pay attention to the filter installation at the bottom. Reset the filter reminder after replacement.
Notes:
- Read filter replacement instructions carefully for optimal purification.
- Unplug the power supply before cleaning the purifier system.
- Keep the inside of the purifier dry to prevent circuit damage.
- Use a vacuum cleaner to remove surface dust to prolong filter life.
Safety Precautions
General Safety
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, provided they receive supervision or instruction for safe use and understand the hazards.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children without supervision.
In Use
- Do not operate the machine without a filter.
- Do not insert fingers or foreign objects into air inlets or outlets.
- Do not block air inlets/outlets.
- Keep away from heat sources (heaters) and places with flammable gases.
- If smoke, odor, or other faults occur, immediately unplug the power plug.
Power Supply Precautions
- Use only two-pin sockets matching the nameplate voltage.
- Do not use the product if the power cord, plug, or socket is damaged.
- When unplugging, hold the plug firmly, not the cord, to prevent electric shock or fire.
- Regularly remove dust from the power plug.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified professional.
Moving
- Stop the machine and unplug the power plug before moving.
- Hold the unit by the handle on the side; do not hold the front panel to prevent falling and injury.
Using Limitation
- Do not use in rooms with oil residue, smoke from incense, flames, or chemical smells.
- Do not use in environments with flammable gases (hydrogen, natural gas, propane) to avoid electric shock or fire.
- Do not use with spray agents.
- Do not use in unstable locations, bathrooms, or places with high temperature, humidity, or water to avoid electric shock or fire.
Warm Tips
- Ensure adequate space around the purifier for natural airflow to improve purification.
- This machine is not suitable for unsupervised use by disabled, handicapped, or mentally handicapped individuals, or children.
