- Check the deliverables for correct model, complete contents, and intact appearance. Contact after sales service if any damage is found or any component is missing.
- Use insulating tools and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when operating the equipment to ensure personal safety. Wear anti-static gloves, cloths, and wrist strips when touching electron devices to protect the equipment from damage.
- Strictly follow the installation, operation, and configuration instructions in this guide and relative user manual. Safety Disclaimer
Instructions during Installation
- Do not dismantle the charger modules personally. Do not extend the charging cable. Otherwise, it may cause Ingress Protection Rating derating or electric danger.
- The equipment supports charging Electric Vehicle (EV hereinafter) only. Do not charge other devices.
- Wrap the charging cable around the charger after using. Water or other debris shall not enter into the charging connector.
- The charger and cables shall not be over bended, squeezed or entangled. Otherwise, it may cause damage to the equipment.
- Disconnect the charger and its upstream switches before installation, maintenance and other operations.
- It is strictly forbidden to touch the charging connector when the charger is live.
- Check whether the cover and appearance of the charger are normal regularly.
- Use clean and dry cloth to wipe the charger and its modules.
- All labels and warning marks should be visible after the installation. Do not cover, scrawl, or damage any label on the equipment.
- Warning labels on the Charger are as follows:
⚡HIGH VOLTAGE HAZARD: High voltage exists during the charger's running. Disconnect all incoming power and turn off the product before working on it.
⏳ Delay discharge. Wait 5 minutes after power off until the components are completely discharged.
ℹ️ Read through the user manual before any operations.
⚠️ Potential risks exist. Wear proper PPE before any operations.

02 Product Introduction
Product Components
The AC Charger unit consists of the following components:
- 1. Indicator: Displays the status of the charger.
- 2. Input Port for AC cable: Connection point for the AC power supply.
- 3. RS485 Communication Port: For communication with other devices.
- 4. Charging Cable: Connects the charger to the electric vehicle.
- 5. Mounting Plate: For securing the charger to a wall or post.
- 6. Emergency Stop Button: Allows for immediate shutdown in emergencies.
- 7. Charging Connector: The plug that connects to the EV.

03 Installation
Deliverables
The package includes the following items:
- Charger Unit: 1
- Mounting Accessories: 1 set
- Screws: 4
- Connectors: N (Quantity depends on the specific system configuration)
- Manuals/Labels: 1 set
Space Requirements
Ensure adequate space around the charger for installation and maintenance:
- Minimum clearance: 2.5m on sides, 1-1.3m from the ground to the bottom of the charger.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Mount on a stable, load-bearing wall or post. Avoid mounting on surfaces that cannot support the weight or are prone to vibration.
- Ensure the installation environment meets the following conditions:
- Temperature: -30°C to +50°C
- Humidity: 5% to 95% RH (non-condensing)
- Ingress Protection: IP66 for the charger, IP55 for connectors.
- Altitude: Up to 2000m above sea level.
Angle Requirements
The charger should be mounted vertically or tilted at an angle of no more than 15 degrees (≤15°).
Wall Mounting - Charger
- Attach the mounting plate to the back of the charger unit.
- Mark the drilling points on the wall using the mounting plate as a template. Ensure the marks are level.
- Drill holes with a diameter of 8mm and a depth of 50mm at the marked points.
- Insert appropriate wall plugs into the drilled holes.
- Secure the mounting plate to the wall using the provided screws.
- Hang the charger unit onto the mounting plate and secure it with M5 screws, tightening to 2 N·m.
Wall Mounting - Distribution Board
Type I
- Position the distribution board mounting bracket on the wall.
- Drill holes with a diameter of 6mm and a depth of 35mm.
- Secure the bracket to the wall.
Type II
- Position the distribution board mounting bracket on the wall.
- Drill holes with a diameter of 8mm and a depth of 45mm.
- Secure the bracket to the wall.
Post Mounting - AC Charger
- Attach the mounting bracket to the back of the charger unit.
- Mount the bracket onto a suitable post.
- Drill holes with a diameter of 14mm and a depth of 75mm on the post for securing the bracket.
- Secure the charger unit to the post using the bracket and appropriate fasteners.
- Ensure the charger is firmly attached.
- Connect the necessary cables.
- Final tightening of M5 screws to 2 N·m.
Post Mounting - Distribution Board
Type I
- Mount the distribution board bracket to the post.

RCD-1 Connector
Follow these steps to connect the RCD-1 connector:
- Prepare the cable: Strip outer sheath to 260mm, inner wires to 10mm for L, N, PE.
- Insert the prepared wires into the corresponding terminals (L, N, PE).
- Secure the wires firmly in the terminals.
- Tighten the M6 screw to 3.5 N·m.
- Close the connector cover.
RCD-2 Connector
Follow these steps to connect the RCD-2 connector:
- Prepare the cable: Strip outer sheath to 330mm for L1, L2, L3, N, PE, and inner wires to 10mm.
- Insert the prepared wires into the corresponding terminals (L1, L2, L3, N, PE).
- Secure the wires firmly in the terminals.
- Tighten the M6 screw to 3.5 N·m.
- Close the connector cover.
AC-1 Connector
Follow these steps to connect the AC-1 connector:
- Prepare the cable: Strip outer sheath to 25-35mm, inner wires to 10mm for L1, L2, L3, N, PE.
- Insert the prepared wires into the connector terminals.
- Connect the connector to the charger unit.
- Secure the connector using the M5 screw, tightening to 1.2 N·m.
- Connect the AC cable to the connector.
AC-2 Connector
Follow these steps to connect the AC-2 connector:
- Prepare the cable: Strip outer sheath to 25-35mm, inner wires to 10mm for L1, L2, L3, N, PE.
- Insert the prepared wires into the connector terminals.
- Connect the connector to the charger unit.
- Secure the connector using the M5 screw, tightening to 1.2 N·m.
- Connect the AC cable to the connector.

Download the SolarGo app from Google Play or App Store. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to the charger (typically within 5 meters).

Download the SEMS Portal app from Google Play or App Store. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to the charger (typically within 10 meters for initial setup, then within 5 meters for ongoing management).
