Installation Procedure Overview
The following diagrams illustrate the installation steps:
- Optional Accessories: BCB-32-WW-0/BCB-33-WW-0, BCB-22-WW-0
- Mounting Dimensions: Various dimensions are provided for wall mounting, including minimum clearances (e.g., ≥300mm, ≥200mm, <1500mm) and specific placement guidelines (e.g., 160mm, 460mm, 335mm, 580mm, 195mm, 339mm).
- Type I Installation: Shows mounting bracket installation with specific screw types and torque specifications (M10 C 10N-m, M5 C 4N-m).
- Type II Installation: Details the installation of the battery unit, including securing it with screws (ST5.5*70 C4N-m) and ensuring correct orientation (90°).
Electrical Connections
Detailed wiring diagrams are provided for various configurations:
- General Wiring: Illustrates connections between batteries, inverters, busbars, and BMS using specific cable types (e.g., Cu, 10mm², 25mm², 35mm², 50mm², 70mm²) and torque settings (e.g., M5 4N·m, M6 6N·m, M8 12N·m).
- Busbar Connections: Specific diagrams show how to connect batteries using BCB-22-WW-0, BCB-32-WW-0, and BCB-33-WW-0 busbars, with guidelines for different battery quantities (n≤6, n≤8, n≤15, n≤30).
- Third-Party Busbar Connections: Diagrams are provided for using third-party busbars with varying battery quantities (n≤8, n>15).
- Direct Connection: Shows direct connection between inverters and batteries.
- Fuse Requirements: Specifies fuse requirements based on battery quantity (n>8), including voltage, current, and breaking capacity ratings (e.g., Nominal voltage ≥ 60V or ≥ 80V, Nominal current ≥ 300A or ≥ 1.6*system nominal current, Icu/Ics ≥ 50kA). For n>8, two fuses with a nominal current ≥ 600A are recommended.
- Cable Specifications: Various cable sizes and diameters are specified for different connections and battery types (e.g., ES, EM, SBP: Cu, 25mm²; ES G2, SBP G2: Cu, 35mm²; ES Uniq 3-6kW: Cu, 25-35mm²; ES Uniq 8-12kW: Cu, 70mm²).
Commissioning and Monitoring
The document outlines the process for commissioning and monitoring the system:
- Power ON Sequence: 1 → 2 → 3 → A1 → 4
- Blackstart Sequence: 1 → 2 → 3 → A1 → A2 → 4
- Power OFF Sequence: 4 → 3 / A3 → 1 → 2
- Monitoring Options: SolarGo APP, SEMS Portal APP, SEMS Portal WEB (小固云窗 APP, 小固云窗 WEB).
Important Notes
- Ensure terminal resistors are installed correctly.
- Follow specific cable size and torque requirements for each connection.
