Promotion Details
The Promotion is a game of chance for the Prize that may be won by an Eligible Entrant who complies with these T&Cs and submits an Eligible Entry during the Promotional Period by:
- Following @SamsungAu on Instagram (www.instagram.com/samsungau)
- "Liking Samsung Australia's "Samsung x T1 Jersey Giveaway" Instagram post
- Commenting "T1" on the post to receive a link to the web form
- Accessing the web form on the Website and filling in relevant details on the form, as required by the Promoter.

Personal Information Required
Entrants' first names, last names, email addresses, and Instagram username.
Eligibility Criteria
Australian residents aged 18 years and over, with a public Instagram account and who comply with these T&Cs during the Promotional Period and the Winner Announcement Date.
If the Instagram account is private before the Winner Announcement Date, entrants may be disqualified and deemed ineligible by the Promoter.
Employees of the Promoter or their immediate family members, companies, businesses, and organisations of any description are excluded from participating in this Promotion. "Immediate Family Members" includes spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.

The Participating Product excludes "C grade" or "seconds" products, second-hand, refurbished, or demonstration products. It also excludes any costs, fees, expenses, or liabilities for installation, insurance, warranty, extended warranty, financing, delivery, or any other ancillary costs as determined by the Promoter.

Draw Process
The Promoter will randomly draw 10 valid entries from the pool of Eligible Entrants. Additional reserve entries may be drawn and recorded in order to replace invalid or ineligible entries.
Total prize pool value: $1,010.00 RRP. The Promoter will endeavour to deliver Prizes within 60 days of winner selection, though delivery may be subject to delays.
Second Chance Winner
If a Winner cannot satisfy these T&Cs, forfeits, or fails to accept their Prize within 72 hours of notification, they will forfeit their Prize. In such cases, a Panel will determine a "Second Chance Winner" from the remaining Eligible Entries based on who best satisfies the criteria. The Second Chance Winner will be notified similarly to the original Winner, and these T&Cs apply to them.
General Terms and Conditions
- Participation in this Promotion signifies acceptance of these T&Cs.
- This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other Samsung offer or promotion.
- This Promotion is not open to companies, businesses, commercial ventures, organisations, or anyone acting on their behalf.
- There is a limit of one prize per Eligible Entrant.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
- The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- If the Promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as planned, the Promoter may disqualify any entrant and/or modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion.
- Promotional and/or Redemption Periods may be extended at Samsung's discretion.
- By submitting an entry, entrants grant the Promoter the right to use contest entries for commercial, advertising, and promotional purposes. Agreement regarding use of entries may be requested via Instagram Direct Message.
- Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. Eligible Entrants are responsible for providing correct contact details and notifying the Promoter of any changes. The Promoter is not responsible for Prize non-delivery due to incorrect or outdated details.
- The Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for technical difficulties, equipment malfunction, theft, unauthorised access, third-party interference, late/lost/misdirected claims, variations in Prize value, or tax liabilities incurred by a claimant, provided these are beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
- These T&Cs do not exclude, restrict, or modify consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("CCA") or other applicable legislation.
- These T&Cs are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Privacy Policy
Personal information collected for this Promotion may be disclosed to third parties (agents, contractors, service providers) for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. Some of these entities may be located outside Australia (e.g., Singapore, Korea, Philippines). Entrants acknowledge that Samsung is not obligated to ensure overseas recipients comply with Australian privacy law. All entrants consent to their personal information being collected and stored in accordance with Samsung's privacy policy, available at www.samsung.com/au, which forms part of these T&Cs.
