Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions regulate the commercial relationship between Samsung Electronics Colombia S.A. and the client. The client must be of legal age and have full legal capacity to act as a natural person or legal representative of a legal entity.

This document establishes the terms, conditions, and restrictions governing client participation in the promotional activity called Hand Raiser Odyssey Cup Samsung (the "Activity"). Participation implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable legal policies, rules, and provisions, including the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011). By participating, the client agrees to comply with Samsung's established rules and accept Samsung's decisions, which will be final in all matters related to the Activity.

Samsung reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after publication on the website or after being communicated in any other manner. Samsung commits to conducting this Activity transparently and fairly, respecting participants' rights and acting in accordance with current legal regulations.

Activity Validity Period

Clients can access the Activity during the following period: 05/05/2025 to 18/05/2025 (the "Validity Period").

1. Activity Description

If during the Activity dates, the client registers on the Samsung page (www.samsung.com/co/monitors/handraiser), completes the corresponding form, and authorizes the use of their personal data, they will receive a voucher code via email for COP$200,000 (the "Benefit"). This benefit must be redeemed between May 19 and June 11, 2025, for the purchase of Products specified in section 2 of these T&C.

It is important to note that the client can only access this Benefit if they comply with all the requirements and conditions established in the Activity's Terms and Conditions.

2. Specific Activity Conditions

We recommend carefully reviewing these conditions to ensure your purchase meets the Activity requirements.

This Activity is valid exclusively in Authorized Participating Samsung Stores and will only apply to the following Products, according to the available inventory:

*It is important to note that the Activity will only apply to the aforementioned establishments. Purchases made in other unauthorized points of sale or platforms will not be eligible for this Activity. We recommend verifying that you are making your purchase in one of the Authorized Participating Stores to ensure you receive the benefits of this Activity.

Activity Participation Steps:

  1. The client must enter and register at: https://www.samsung.com/co/monitors/handraiser, filling in all required data. This webpage will be active from May 5 to May 18, 2025.
  2. The client must accept Samsung's personal data protection policy at the time of registration.
  3. Between May 5 and May 18, 2025, the client will receive an email to the registered email address containing the code corresponding to the Benefit and the information to redeem it at Authorized Participating Stores.
  4. Between May 19 and June 11, 2025, the client can redeem the Benefit by purchasing the Product at Authorized Participating Stores.
  5. Upon redeeming the Benefit, the client enters the shopping cart and will see the selected Product reflected with its respective retail price.
  6. The client enters the received Benefit in the discount coupon field.
  7. Before completing the payment, the client will see the Product with the applied Benefit and must follow the steps to finalize the purchase.

3. General Activity Conditions

The warranty applicable to the Products and/or Benefits will correspond to the quality warranty granted by Samsung for said Products and/or Benefits. Specific conditions for the warranty process can be consulted at: Samsung Product Warranty Information.

If the client exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the purchased Product, provided that such Product is subject to withdrawal, the client must return the Product along with the delivered Benefit, when applicable. Withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and according to the guidelines established by each Authorized Participating Store. Samsung's conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal can be consulted at: Samsung Return Policy.

In case of any claim regarding the products and/or Benefits, such claim will be handled through the Samsung Call Center by contacting WhatsApp +57 3138698800 from any Colombian mobile phone, or through the customer service channels of each of the Authorized Participating Stores.

The Benefits of this Activity cannot be exchanged for cash or for products other than those mentioned in this text.

The information the client registers must be truthful and complete; any act of identity theft and/or incorrect information that does not correspond to the natural or legal person accessing the Activity is prohibited.

Product Exchange

Samsung has enabled the possibility of exchanging a Product only for the same Product, but in a different color, provided that the Product is new, unopened, unused, in its original packaging, with all its parts and complete manuals, as well as with intact security seals and attached labels. The following procedure must be followed:

If the client wishes to make the exchange, they can do so by contacting Samsung at #726, (601)6001272, or 018000112112, or via WhatsApp at 3138698800 (daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm) within five (5) business days after product delivery.

For returns related to BOGO promotions, it is essential to return both the purchased product and the benefit product received. Both products must be returned in perfect condition, along with their original packaging and accessories, if applicable. Partial returns will not be processed.

The client must return the Product and bear the transportation costs and other expenses associated with the return. If considered convenient, the client may use Samsung's suggested transportation service, in which case, they expressly authorize Samsung to deduct the transportation costs and other expenses from the refund.

As soon as Samsung receives the returned Product, it will review its condition and, within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, will inform the client if it meets the conditions for exchange.

If the Product does not meet the established criteria, the client will be informed via email with the reason why the exchange is not processed, and the Product will be returned to the initial shipping address.

Purchase Reversal

When the client makes the payment for the Product through a debit card, credit card, or any other payment method via an Authorized Online Participating Store, an Authorized Physical Participating Store, or Samsung, the payment will be reversed (i) when the client is a victim of fraud, (ii) when the transaction corresponds to an unsolicited one, (iii) when the purchased Product is not received, or (iv) the delivered Product does not correspond to what was ordered or is defective and cannot be repaired.

Applicable Law and Conflict Resolution

The Terms and Conditions will be governed by Colombian law, particularly by the Consumer Statute, the Single Circular of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, the Commercial Code, and others that complement, modify, and/or substitute them. Any controversy, disagreement, or conflict in general that may arise between Samsung and the client upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions must be brought before the ordinary jurisdiction.

The declaration of nullity of any term contained in this instrument and/or any item in its annexes will not imply the nullity of these Terms and Conditions, nor will it prejudice their effectiveness, provided that the underlying business purpose sought by the parties at the time of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is maintained.
