These terms and conditions regulate the commercial relationship between Samsung Electronics Colombia S.A. and the client for the promotional activity known as the Hand Raiser Odyssey Cup Samsung (the "Activity"). Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as all applicable legal policies and regulations.
Samsung reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after publication on the website or after being communicated in any other manner. Samsung commits to conducting this Activity transparently and fairly, respecting participants' rights and adhering to current legal regulations.

Activity Validity Period
Clients can access the Activity during the period from 05/05/2025 to 18/05/2025 (the "Validity Period").
1. Activity Description
During the Activity dates, clients who register on the Samsung page (www.samsung.com/co/monitors/handraiser) and complete the required form, authorizing the use of their personal data, will receive a voucher code via email for COP$200,000 (the "Benefit"). This Benefit must be redeemed between May 19th and June 11th, 2025, for the purchase of Products specified in section 2 of these T&C.
Access to this Benefit is contingent upon meeting all established requirements and conditions.
2. Specific Activity Conditions
This Activity is valid exclusively in Authorized Samsung Participating Stores and applies only to the following Products, subject to availability:

Important Note: This Activity applies only to the mentioned establishments. Purchases from unauthorized points of sale or platforms are not eligible. Availability may vary by location and is subject to change without prior notice. The Activity is valid while stocks last.
How to Participate
- Clients must register at: https://www.samsung.com/co/monitors/handraiser between May 5th and May 18th, 2025.
- Clients must accept Samsung's personal data protection policy during registration.
- Between May 5th and May 18th, 2025, clients will receive an email with the Benefit code and redemption information for Authorized Participating Stores.
- Between May 19th and June 11th, 2025, clients can redeem the Benefit by purchasing the Product at Authorized Participating Stores.
- When redeeming the Benefit, the selected Product will be displayed with its public sale price.
- Clients must enter the received Benefit in the discount coupon field.
- Before payment, clients will see the Product with the applied Benefit and must follow the steps to complete the purchase.
Additional Information
- Benefit Accumulation: This Benefit can be combined with other offers such as "Free Shipping", "Rewards Points", "0% Interest", and "10% Discount First Purchase Shop App" for online store purchases.
- Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are determined by each Authorized Participating Store and will be calculated during the purchase process before payment.
3. General Activity Conditions
The warranty for the Products and/or Benefits corresponds to the quality warranty granted by Samsung. Specific warranty conditions can be found at: Samsung Product Warranty Information.
If a client exercises their right of withdrawal for an acquired Product, they must return the Product along with the Benefit received, if applicable. Any claims regarding the products and/or Benefits will be handled through Samsung's Call Center via WhatsApp at +57 3138698800 or through the customer service channels of each Authorized Participating Store.
Benefits from this Activity cannot be exchanged for cash or for products other than those mentioned.
All registered information must be truthful and complete. Impersonation or incorrect information is prohibited.
Product Exchange
Samsung allows product exchanges for the same product in a different color, provided the product is new, unopened, unused, in its original packaging, with all parts and manuals, and with security seals intact. The exchange process requires communication with Samsung via phone numbers #726, (601)6001272, 018000112112, or WhatsApp at 3138698800 within five (5) business days of product delivery.
For BOGO promotions, both the purchased product and the benefit product must be returned in perfect condition with original packaging and accessories.
The client is responsible for returning the product and covering associated transportation costs. Samsung may deduct these costs from the refund amount if their suggested transport service is used.
Upon receipt, Samsung will inspect the product and inform the client within fifteen (15) business days if the exchange conditions are met. If not, the client will be notified via email with the reason, and the product will be returned to the original shipping address.

Payment Reversal
For payments made via debit card, credit card, or other methods through an online or physical Authorized Participating Store, payment reversal may occur if:
- The client is a victim of fraud.
- The transaction was not requested.
- The acquired Product was not received.
- The delivered Product is not as ordered or is defective and cannot be repaired.
To process a payment reversal, the client must:
- Submit a request to Samsung and return the Product (if applicable) within five (5) business days of becoming aware of the fraudulent/unsolicited transaction, or of not receiving the product, or receiving a defective/incorrect product.
- Notify the payment instrument issuer of the claim. The issuer and other payment process participants will then reverse the transaction in favor of the client.
- The actual payment made by the client will be reversed, which may differ from the total product price due to applied benefits.
Data Protection and Privacy Policy

Applicable Law and Conflict Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Colombian law, including the Consumer Statute, the Single Circular of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, the Commercial Code, and other complementary regulations. Any controversy or conflict arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be settled in ordinary jurisdiction.
The nullity of any term in this instrument or its annexes will not invalidate the entire Terms and Conditions, provided the underlying business intent of the parties is maintained.
