7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of safely supporting the Fabric Sofa Beds.
8. If possible, use power tools to make assembly easier.
9. If possible, inviting a friend would enhance the assembly experience.
10. For additional information regarding parts, refer to the Assembly Diagram. Unwrap and separate all parts in a clean work area.

Use Precautions:

1. Do not exceed specified weight capacities.
2. Use only on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface that can safely support a fully loaded Fabric Sofa Beds.
3. Use as intended only.

Assembly Steps

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your VEVOR Fabric Sofa Bed.

1. Step 1: Attach side panels (A-2 Left/Right) to the base frame parts (A-2 Left/Right) using eight M8*18 screws (f) and eight washers (s). Ensure 50% pre-screwing.
2. Step 2: Assemble drawer side panels (n-1, n-2) to the drawer front panel (n).
3. Step 3: Attach side panels (A-2 Left/Right) to the base frame parts (A-2 Left/Right) using eight M6*20 screws (a), four brackets (n), and four feet (i).
4. Step 4: Attach frame part (A-1) to support bracket (C-7) using two M6*40 screws (b) and two washers (s).
5. Step 5: Attach lifting mechanism brackets (K-L, K-R) to frame part (A-1) using four M8*20 screws (e) and four washers (s).
6. Step 6: Attach lifting mechanism brackets (K-L, K-R) to base panel (A-4) using four M8*18 screws (f) and four washers (s).
7. Step 7: Attach frame part (A-1) to the main frame base (C-1) using four washers (s) and four Allen wrench screws (o).
8. Step 8: Attach frame part (A-4) to the main frame base (C-1) using four washers (s) and four Allen wrench screws (o).
9. Step 9: Place seat cushion (A-5) onto the assembled frame.
10. Step 10: Attach support slats (A-7) to the frame using four M6*45 screws (d) and four washers (s).
11. Step 11: Attach lifting mechanism (A-9 Left/Right) to base support (A-6) using four M6*20 screws (a) and four washers (s).
12. Step 12: Attach lifting mechanism (A-9 Left/Right) to the main frame using six M6*20 screws (c) and six washers (s). Note: Installation is easier after tilting.
13. Step 13: Attach support slats (A-7) to the back support frame (C-2) using four M6*45 screws (d) and four washers (s).
14. Step 14: Attach support frame (C-6 Left/Right) to the main frame base (C-1) using six M6*20 screws (a) and six washers (s).
15. Step 15: Attach support frame (C-4) and support frame (C-6 Left/Right) to the main frame base (C-1) using four M6*20 screws (a) and four washers (s).
16. Step 16: Attach support brackets (i) to the frame using eight M6*20 screws (a) and eight washers (s).
17. Step 17: Attach feet (g) to the frame using two M6*35 screws (g) and two washers (s).
18. Step 18: Attach back support frame (C-2) to the main frame using three M6*40 screws (b) and three washers (s).
19. Step 19: Connect the drawer unit to the main frame.
20. Step 20: Attach brackets (h) to the back panel (B-1) using two M8*20 screws (e) and two washers (s).
21. Step 21: Attach lifting mechanism brackets (K-L, K-R) to the back panel (B-1) using four M8*20 screws (e) and four washers (s).
22. Step 22: Attach brackets (h) to drawer side panels (B-2 Left/Right) using four M8*20 screws (e) and four washers (s).
23. Step 23: Attach lifting mechanism brackets (K-L, K-R) to drawer side panels (B-2 Left/Right) using four M6*20 screws (a) and four washers (s).
24. Step 24: Attach drawer side panels (B-2 Left/Right) to the drawer base panel (B-2) using four M8*18 screws (f) and four washers (s). Ensure 50% pre-screwing.
25. Step 25: Attach feet (i) to drawer side panels (B-2 Left/Right) using four M6*20 screws (n) and four washers (s). Attach brackets (a) to drawer side panels (B-2 Left/Right) using eight M6*20 screws (a) and eight washers (s).
26. Step 26: Attach drawer side panels (B-2 Left/Right) to the back panel (B-1) using three washers (s) and three Allen wrench screws (o).
27. Step 27: Attach the assembled drawer unit to the main frame using five M8*20 screws (e) and five washers (s). Note: Installation is easier after tilting.
28. Step 28: Assemble the second side of the sofa frame by repeating Steps 1-10.
29. Step 29: Assemble drawer side panels (n-1, n-2) to the drawer front panel (n).
30. Step 30: Repeat Steps 3-10 for the second side of the sofa frame.
31. Step 31: Repeat Step 4.
32. Step 32: Repeat Step 5.
33. Step 33: Repeat Step 6.
34. Step 34: Repeat Step 7.
35. Step 35: Repeat Step 8.
36. Step 36: Place seat cushion (A-5) onto the assembled frame.
37. Step 37: Attach support slats (A-7) to the frame using four M6*45 screws (d) and four washers (s).
38. Step 38: Attach lifting mechanism (A-9 Left/Right) to base support (A-6) using four M6*20 screws (a) and four washers (s).
39. Step 39: Attach lifting mechanism (A-9 Left/Right) to the main frame using six M6*20 screws (c) and six washers (s). Note: Installation is easier after tilting.
40. Step 40: Attach brackets (h) to back cushions (A-10) using four M6*20 screws (a) and four washers (s).
41. Step 41: Attach feet (i) to back cushions (A-10) using four M6*35 screws (i).
42. Step 42: Connect the two main sofa sections.
43. Step 43: Connect the two main sofa sections.
44. Step 44: Insert the storage drawer front panel (C-3).
45. Step 45: Place armrest cushions (A-8) and drawer front panel (B-4) onto the sofa structure.
46. Step 46: Final configuration of the sofa bed.
47. Step 47: Final configuration of the sofa bed.
