Product Instructions for Use

Power ON

Automatic Power ON:

  1. Take the earphones out from the charging case.
  2. The earphones will turn on automatically and enter into pairing mode.

Before using it for the first time, ensure the earphones are fully charged.

Manual Power ON:

Press and hold the Left/Right multifunction button for five seconds to manually power on.

Power OFF

Automatic Power OFF:

Put earbuds back into the charging case.

Manual Power OFF:

Press and hold the Left/Right multifunction button for five seconds to manually power off.

Music Control (Touch Sensor Functions)

  • Play/Pause: Single-click Left/Right touch sensor (1)
  • Next Song: Triple-click Right touch sensor (3)
  • Previous Song: Triple-click Left touch sensor (3)
  • Volume +: Double-click Right touch sensor (2)
  • Volume -: Double-click Left touch sensor (2)

Call Control (Touch Sensor Functions)

Connecting the Product

To connect the AIWA AT-H08 LINK earphones to a mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Turn on Bluetooth (BT) on your mobile device (cellphone or Tablet).
  2. Remove earphones from the charging case and connect to "AIWA AT-H08 LINK" from your Bluetooth device list.
  3. The earbuds indicator light will power off after successful connection.

Troubleshooting

Left Earbud Cannot Pair with Right Earbud

  1. Put earbuds back into the charging case and close it. Then open the cover again and take the earbuds out. The Left earbud will pair with the Right earbud automatically and wait for connection.

If the above solution does not work, clear the pairing record according to the following methods:

  1. Disconnect the Bluetooth pairing from the mobile device.
  2. Take out a single earbud (disconnected from mobile device), click 4 times on the touch sensor, and put it back into the charging case.
  3. Take out the other earbud and repeat the above method. This will clear the pairing record.
  4. Take out both the Left and Right earbuds. They will pair with each other and wait for connection with the mobile device.

Earbuds Cannot Pair with Mobile Device

Earbuds will pair with the latest device automatically after taking them out from the case. If they do not, users need to connect them manually.

Attention: Earbuds will power off automatically if the disconnection time or pairing time is more than 3 minutes.

Battery Capacity & Charging

Low Power of Earbuds

The earbuds will remind users with a prompt every 20 seconds, and a red light will flash once every 5 seconds. Put the earbuds back into the case to charge.

Low Power of Charging Case

The unit digit of the LED power display screen will flash 4 times and then turn off to indicate low battery. Charge the case using a standard adapter.

Charging Information and Notes

Charging the Earbuds and Case

Place the earbuds into the charging case, and the case will start charging the earbuds. The red charging indicator light on the earbuds will stay on, and it will turn off when fully charged. The charging time is approximately 1.5 hours.

When the charging case is connected to an external power source for charging, the indicator light next to the TYPE-C port on the charging case will stay red. It will turn off when fully charged. During charging, the unit digit of the power display will flash and will remain on when fully charged.

After charging is complete, unplug the external power source. The power display on the charging case will stay on for 5 seconds before turning off.

The charging time for the charging case is approximately 1.5 hours.

Important Notes

  1. Ensure the earbuds are fully charged before using them for the first time.
  2. Charge the battery to 100% each time. Frequently charging with insufficient power may cause battery performance to decline.
  3. To extend battery life, fully charge the battery at least once every 45 days. If not used for a long time, charge it before use.
