How to Use the "Smart Life" Application
How to Download the "Smart Life" Application
- Search for the "Smart Life" application in the Google Play store or in the App Store.
- Scan the QR code on the package with your smart device.
- Open the application.
- If you are a new user, click on "Register".
- If you already have an account, click on "login with existing account".
- Enter your e-mail address, to which a security code will be sent.
- Enter the security code, then set up a password consisting of 6-20 characters.
How to Connect the Lamp to a Smart Device
- Open the application and click on the "+" icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap on "Add Device".
- Select "Lighting" on the left.
- For Ceiling lamps, select "Ceiling lamp WiFi".
- For Light sources, select "Lightsource WiFi".
- Connect your smart device to the Wi-Fi network you wish to use.
- The Wi-Fi connection may request the password of your Wi-Fi network during configuration.
- The Wi-Fi connection must be 2.4 GHz.
- Note: Some routers have a limit for how many smart items can be controlled through them, typically 8 devices.
- Ensure Bluetooth and GPS are turned on. This is usually only required for the initial pairing.
- After turning on the lamp, it automatically enters pairing search mode and blinks for 3 minutes or until pairing is complete.
- During these 3 minutes, the remote control will not function. It will work after this period.
- If no pairing is established, the lamp will blink for 3 minutes each time it is switched on.
- The remote control does not require separate pairing.
- When the lamp is blinking, select "Confirm the indicator blinks or breathes" in the application on your smart device.
- Choose whether it blinks quickly or slowly:
- For fast blinking, select "Blink quickly".
- For slow blinking, select "Blink Slowly".
- Pairing will begin. You will be able to use the lamp with your smart device once pairing is completed.
How to Control the Luminaire with the Application
- Dimmer button: Adjusts luminous flux and color temperature.
- Scene button: Selects predefined lighting mode settings.
- Schedule: Sets timers for luminaire operation.
How to Share the Luminaire
- Navigate to: Editing > Share Device > Add sharing.
- Enter the phone number of another smartphone or the e-mail address of another user registered in the application with whom you wish to share control of the luminaire.
RESET
All paired devices must be removed from the lamp in the application to make it blink again and ready for pairing mode.
Remove Device
In the application, within the lamp's menu, select "Edit" (usually in the upper right corner), and then choose "Remove Device" at the bottom.
