How to Jump Start
Step 1 - Ready Status
Insert the plug completely into the jump start EC5 port. The display of the plug will show the voltage of the jump starter, and the upper small icon will cycle from left to right.
[Diagram: ACEZUK jump starter unit with EC5 port and jump cables connected. An external display unit shows voltage. Icons are visible on the main unit.]
Indicators:
- Low Voltage Indicator: [Low voltage symbol]
- Short Circuit Indicator: [Short circuit symbol]
- High Temperature Indicator: [High temperature symbol]
- Reverse Connection Indicator: [Reverse connection symbol]
- Reverse Charge Indicator: [Reverse charge symbol]
The voltage display shows the Voltage of Jump Starter (when one end clamp is connected to the car, another end to the starter) and the Voltage of Car Battery (when clamp is connected to the car only).
Step 2 - Working Status
Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) side of the car battery and the black clamp to the negative (-) one. The display of the plug will show the voltage of the jump starter, and the upper small icon will no longer be displayed.
[Diagram: Car battery terminals with red clamp connected to positive (+) and black clamp connected to negative (-). The jump starter cables are shown connected to the battery.]
Step 3 - Start the Engine
- Please start the engine within 90 seconds after entering the working status. Otherwise, the jump clamp will activate the timeout protection.
- If the engine does not start successfully on the first try, please try again. After 5 times, the smart clamp will trigger protection. At this time, please disconnect the clamp from the car battery and wait for at least 20 seconds before reconnecting.

Step 4 - Remove the Clamp
Remove the battery clamp from the car battery and the jump starter within 30 seconds after the engine is started.

? Notes:
- Do not use this device as a car battery charger to charge car batteries.
- Make sure all on-board electrical appliances on the rescued vehicle are turned off before starting.
- Please make sure that the power is above 50% when you use it to start your car.
- After successfully starting, please remove the product from the car battery within 30s, otherwise, it may cause damage.
- Do not use the device to continuously start the car more than 5 times. It may cause the product to overheat and damage the product. Each starting should be separated by two minutes.
- The product is only suitable for starting vehicles. Do not use it on equipment such as airplanes and ships.
- Due to long-term storage or shipping, the battery power may become virtual. It needs to be charged fully before the first time using (even though it shows enough power, it may lead to battery damage and failure to recharge).
Inflate Your Tires
1. OK Button:
- a.) When power is off, short press to power on.
- b.) When power is on and not inflating, press OK button to power off.
- c.) When power is on and not inflating, long press OK button for 3s to start inflating.
- d.) When power is on and inflating, short press or long press 3s to stop inflating.
[Diagram: Close-up of the ACEZUK M03 unit showing the OK button and other control buttons.]
2. M Button: When the jumper is powered on, press the M button to change the inflation mode. The order of mode switch is: car (default setting is 36PSI) --- motorcycle (default setting is 36PSI) --- bicycle (default setting is 60PSI) --- balls (default setting value is 8PSI).
The corresponding symbol will be highlighted and change to its default setting value when you switch. Then, long press for 3 seconds to enter the switching unit mode. While the unit is flashing, short press to switch the unit PSI/BAR/KPA/Kg/Cm². When the unit flashes six times without operation, it will stop.
[Diagram: Close-up of the ACEZUK M03 unit showing the M button and other control buttons, with a finger pressing the M button.]
3. +,- Buttons: Adjusting the preset air pressure value. Short press to increase or decrease, long press for 3 seconds to switch to fast increase or decrease (the air pressure value returns to the default value after power off or mode switching).
[Diagram: Close-up of the ACEZUK M03 unit showing the + and - buttons being pressed.]
4. Inflation: Connect the inflatable object after power on. The pressure of the connected object can be displayed only when the air pressure is greater than 3PSI. If the real-time pressure is greater than the set value, it is useless to start the pump. If the real-time pressure is less than the set value, pressing the OK button starts inflation. When the air pressure reaches the preset value during inflation, the inflation will be stopped automatically.
5. Inflate Overtime: In order to prevent the tire from leaking during inflating, there are two situations specially provided for overtime protection. One is that the air pressure keeps "0" for 120s when inflating and displaying "to" flashing 6 times; another one is that the air pressure has not increased when inflating for 120s, the machine will stop automatically and display "to" flashing 6 times.
6. Over-temperature Protection: The product has battery over-temperature protection, and the temperature sensor is placed on the outside of the battery pack. When the battery temperature reaches 65°C±5°C, the battery board will stop supplying power (when the temperature drops to 55°C±5°C after protection, press OK button to recover).
7. Suitability: The M03 is suitable for road bicycle tires (0-120PSI), small car tires (0-40PSI), and low-pressure inflation of motorboats or balls. It is not suitable for medium and large-sized trucks or buses. (The tire pressure of heavy-duty vehicles is relatively large, and the inflation time will be longer, which will cause the motor, air pump, and air pipe to bear greater air pressure, resistance, and high temperature, affecting the service life of the product or even damaging the air pump).
Attention
- Please be careful when inflating goods such as balloons, toys, swimming rings, etc., which are lower than the range of the inflation pump. It cannot be automatically stopped by preset pressure.
-
a. The inflated object has an inflation pressure below 38PSI, and the continuous inflation time cannot exceed 15 minutes. The machine needs to be stopped after 15 minutes of inflation and rest for 10 minutes before reuse.
b. The inflated object has an inflation pressure between 38PSI and 60PSI, and the continuous inflation time cannot exceed 8 minutes. After 8 minutes of inflation, the machine must be stopped and rested for 10 minutes before it can be used again.
c. The inflated object has an inflation pressure between 60PSI and 110PSI, and the continuous inflation time cannot exceed 4 minutes. After inflation for 4 minutes, the machine must be stopped and rested for 10 minutes before it can be used again.
d. The inflated object has an inflation pressure between 110PSI and 150PSI, and the continuous inflation time should not exceed 2 minutes. After 2 minutes of inflation, the machine should be stopped and rested for 10 minutes before being used again. This can ensure the maximum service life of this product.
- The temperature of the inflated trachea is relatively high after use; please take care of it. Grasp the silicone sleeve with your hand and twist out the trachea. Do not contact the metal part of the trachea head with your hand directly.
- To ensure safety, please check the required inflation pressure of the inflated item before inflation to avoid personal injury caused by explosions caused by excessive inflation.
Tips and Pressure Recommendations
Tip: The maximum pressure of the custom mode is 150 PSI, while the other four modes' values are fixed to avoid damages or safety hazards.
Vehicle/Item | Recommended Pressure |
---|---|
? Car | 58 PSI/4 Bar |
? Bicycle | 150 PSI/10.3 Bar |
?️ Motorcycle | 51 PSI/3.5 Bar |
? Basketball | 14 PSI/1 Bar |
Note: The air hose will heat up during inflation; do not touch the air hose directly. Doing so may cause burns.
Ensure the pressure value is correct
To avoid over-inflation, please confirm the maximum inflation pressure of the objects being inflated. Over-inflating objects may cause damage and personal injuries.
Tires
The recommended tire pressure is usually noted on the tire's sidewall. Tire pressure recommendations/maximums can also be found on the inside of the driver's door. Check your vehicle's instructions/user manuals for information about the load-bearing capacity and recommended tire pressure.
Balls
The recommended pressure can be found on the air valve of soccer balls, basketballs, volleyballs, and most other balls.
