Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the ACEZUK M02 car jump starter kit. Please read the user manual carefully before using the product.

Charge it first! While reading the manual, you can start charging your M02 with your adapter (not included).

⚠️Warning: This device is intended for vehicles equipped with 12V batteries. It can be dangerous if used with other types of batteries. Read and understand the safety information before using the jump starter, as improper use can lead to electric shock, explosions, fire, property damage, and personal injury.

The ACEZUK M02 Jump Starter has the following components:

Recharge Your M02

Charging the Booster Battery

?NOTE: It is recommended to recharge the Jump Starter every 3-4 months to maintain efficiency and prolong the internal battery's lifespan, even if the device has not been used.

Charging Other Devices

In addition to jump-starting a car, this product can also power a mobile phone, PSP, MP3/MP4, camera, and other consumer electronic devices.

Starting Your Vehicle

Step 1 - Ready State

Insert the plug completely into the jump starter's EC5 port. The clamp indicator will display the jump starter's voltage, and the small icon at the top will cycle from left to right.

Step 2 - Working State

Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the car battery and the black clamp to the negative (-). The clamp indicator will show the jump starter's voltage, and the small icon at the top will no longer be displayed.

Step 3 - Start the Engine

  1. Please start the engine within 90 seconds after entering the working state. Otherwise, the jump starter clamp will activate protection against delay.
  2. If the engine does not start successfully on the first try, please restart it. After 5 attempts, the smart clamp will trigger protection. At this point, disconnect the clamp from the car battery and wait at least 20 seconds before reconnecting.

Step 4 - Remove the Clamp

Remove the smart clamp from the car battery and the jump starter within 30 seconds after the engine starts.

Indicators and Troubleshooting

1 Low Voltage Protection Trigger Condition: Jump starter voltage is below 14.0V.
Indicators: Low voltage indicator lights up, buzzer sounds every second, and the current jump starter voltage is displayed simultaneously.
The jump starter battery is too low to start; please charge it first.
2 Ready State The current jump starter voltage is displayed, and the small icon at the top cycles from left to right simultaneously. Please proceed to Step 2.
3 Working State The current jump starter voltage is displayed, and the small icon at the top is no longer shown. Please proceed to Step 3.
4 Battery Voltage Detection Trigger Condition: The smart clamp is connected only to the car battery (car battery voltage must be above 8V).
Indicators: lights up, the current car battery voltage is displayed simultaneously.

5 Reverse Charge Protection Trigger Condition: Jump starter voltage increases after starting.
Indicators: Reverse charge indicator lights up, ••• flashes, buzzer sounds every second.
Disconnect the clamp from the car battery.
6 Reverse Connection Protection Trigger Condition: Red and black clamps are connected to the wrong positive and negative terminals of the car battery.
Indicators: Reverse connection indicator ? lights up, ••• flashes, buzzer sounds every second.
Remove the clamp from the car battery and reconnect it correctly.
7 Short Circuit Protection Trigger Condition: Red and black clamp terminals are short-circuited in the ready state.
Indicators: Short circuit indicator lights up, ••• flashes, buzzer sounds every second.
1. Remove the negative terminal from the car battery, fix it directly to the jump starter clamp, then try to start.
2. If the engine still cannot start, check the car's internal circuit or replace the smart clamp.
8 High Temperature Protection Trigger Condition: 80±10°C
Indicators: High temperature indicator ?️ lights up, ••• flashes, buzzer sounds every second.
Stop operation and wait for the temperature to drop to 65 ± 10°C.
9 Timeout Expiration Protection Trigger Condition: No operation for more than 90 seconds after a correct connection; the smart clamp automatically stops output.
Indicators: ••• flashes.
Remove the clamp from the car battery and the jump starter, then reconnect it.
10 Continuous Jump Start Protection Trigger Condition: 5 continuous jump starts.
Indicators: ••• flashes.
Remove the clamp from the car battery and the jump starter, then reconnect it after at least 20 seconds.

LED Light

Lighting Button: Press once to turn on the light (it can also turn on the light when off). Press a second time to enter slow flashing mode. Press a third time to enter SOS mode. Press a fourth time to turn off the light. Alternatively, press and hold the lighting button for 3 seconds to turn the red and blue flashing warning light on or off.

Warnings

Battery Disposal

The battery is fully integrated into the device and cannot be replaced by the user. When the battery no longer holds a charge, it must be disposed of according to current regulations. Proper charging conditions extend the device's lifespan.
