Checking Battery Level
The PowerCore II 20000 portable charger displays its battery level using LED indicators. When checking the battery, the indicators show the approximate remaining charge:
- 100%
- 50%
- 25%

Warranty Terms
- The warranty period starts from the date of product delivery and lasts for 2 years.
- The entire product, including all its parts, is covered by the warranty.
- If the product is found to be defective, the consumer may, according to Article 11 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection:
- Withdraw from the contract,
- Request a discount on the sales price,
- Request free repair,
- Request replacement with a defect-free equivalent of the sold product.
- If the consumer chooses the right to free repair, the seller is obliged to repair or have the product repaired without charging any fee for labor, replacement parts, or any other cost. The consumer can also exercise the right to free repair against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly liable for the consumer exercising this right.
- If the consumer exercises their right to free repair, in case of the product:
- Re-occurring defect within the warranty period,
- Exceeding the maximum repair time.
- If it is determined by a report from the authorized service station, seller, manufacturer, or importer that repair is not possible; the consumer may request a refund, a price reduction proportional to the defect, or, if possible, replacement with a defect-free equivalent of the product from the seller. The seller cannot refuse the consumer's request. In case of failure to fulfill this request, the seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly liable.
- The repair period for the product shall not exceed 20 business days. This period starts from the date the defect is reported to the authorized service station or seller within the warranty period, or from the date the product is delivered to the authorized service station if outside the warranty period. If the product's defect cannot be resolved within 10 business days, the manufacturer or importer must provide the consumer with a similar product for use until the repair is completed. If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the repair time will be added to the warranty period.
- Defects arising from the use of the product contrary to the instructions in the user manual are outside the scope of the warranty.
- In case of disputes arising from the exercise of warranty rights, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the consumer transaction was made.
- If this Warranty Certificate is not provided by the seller, the consumer may apply to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
Warranty Validity Conditions
- The warranty will be void if the device is found to have been assembled and/or repaired by parties other than our authorized service personnel, or if the device has been opened.
- The warranty provided by our company does not cover defects arising from the use of the product for purposes other than intended or under abnormal conditions, and the following defects are also excluded from the warranty:
- Damage and defects resulting from misuse contrary to the instructions in the user manual or assembly manual, or from accidents,
- Damage and defects caused by voltage incompatibility, faulty electrical equipment, or use with a voltage different from that stated on the device label,
- Damage and defects resulting from natural disasters such as fire, flood, and lightning strikes, as well as damage and defects occurring during transportation, loading, unloading, and handling after delivery to the consumer.
