  1. Download and install the EZVIZ app by searching "EZVIZ" in the App Store or Google Play™.
  2. Launch the app and register an EZVIZ user account.

If you have already used the app, ensure it is the latest version by checking the app store.

Follow these steps to set up your peephole doorbell:

  1. Install your peephole and power it on.
  2. Log in to your EZVIZ app user account.
  3. Connect your peephole to the Internet via Wi-Fi.
  4. Add your peephole to your EZVIZ account within the app.

Installation

1. Install the Micro SD Card (Optional)

Insert a Micro SD card (sold separately) into the card slot on the device. In the EZVIZ app, navigate to Device Settings > Storage Status to check the SD card status. If it shows "Uninitialized," tap to initialize it; it will then change to "Normal" and be ready to store videos.

2. Install the Peephole

This document provides two mounting methods for different appearances. Choose the method corresponding to your purchased product.

Model A Installation:

If a peephole already exists, install the device in the same location. If not, drill a hole approximately 14mm in diameter (no more than 45mm) and about 145cm from the ground for optimal viewing.

  1. Measure the door's thickness and select the appropriate screws from the provided options (35-60mm, 60-85mm, 85-105mm).
  2. Turn the screws into the back of the camera.
  3. Tear off the release paper from the adhesive.
  4. Pass the screws and wire through the door. Rolling up the paper can assist this step.
  5. Adjust the camera's position and gently push it close to the door.
  6. Take out the mounting base, plug the connector into the slot on the bottom of the base, and attach the base cover.
  7. Pass the screws through the mounting holes on the base.
  8. Adjust the mounting base's position and tighten the screws.
  9. Route the wires through the groove and insert the buckle.
  10. Slide the panel into the mounting base.
  11. Installation is complete. Remove the protective sticker.

Model B Installation:

If a peephole already exists, install the device in the same location. If not, drill a hole approximately 16.5mm in diameter (no more than 45mm) and about 145cm from the ground for optimal viewing.

  1. Measure the door's thickness and select the appropriate screws (35-60mm, 60-85mm, 85-105mm).
  2. Turn the screws into the back of the camera.
  3. Tear off the release paper from the adhesive.
  4. Pass the screws and wire through the door. Rolling up the paper can assist this step.
