To Make Coffee
Before First Use: Clean the coffee urn by following the steps in "Preparation before Using".
- To make coffee, remove cover, coffee basket and stem. Fill coffee urn with cold water to desired level as indicated by numbered servings on inside of urn.
- Then holding the center post of the coffee basket place large end of stem into heating unit well.
- Measure ground coffee into coffee basket. Avoid getting ground coffee in the stem. Refer to the Coffee Measuring Guide that follows. Spread coffee evenly in basket.
- Place cover onto coffee urn and turn to lock.
- Plug the cord into electrical outlet. The unit automatically turns on.
- Using a hot mitt, remove cover then carefully remove coffee basket with HOT grounds and stem. Replace cover.
- The coffee urn will remain at serving temperature until it is unplugged. To serve, place a cup under the serving spout. Push down and hold the lever until the cup is filled, then release the lever. For a constant flow, to empty the urn, or fill a carafe, lift the lever straight up. The lever will stay in the open position until the lever is pushed down.
- When finished serving coffee, unplug the coffee urn from the electrical outlet. Then remove cord from the coffee urn.

Safety Precautions
- The product uses AC power supply with rated voltage of 220V-240V/50Hz-60Hz.
- Do not use the product when the plug wire is damaged or the power plug is not firmly inserted into the socket.
- Do not bend or bind the wires or exert excessive force on them, which may cause damage.
- Do not insert the plug into the socket which has several other electrical devices. The current shall not exceed the limit of the socket.
- Do not use the product in places that may be damp or close to flames or heat sources.
- Make sure the power switch is "off" ❌ before unplugging the power cord from the socket.
- Make sure the power plug has been unplugged before pouring out the water remained or cleaning the product after using.
- Use the product on a stable table or workbench.
- Keep the power cord away from heat source.
- Do not turn on the power switch in case of dry burning if there is no water in the bucket.
- Do not immerse the product into water or other liquids in case of electric shock.
- Cover the bucket as long as there is water in it.
- Children are not allowed to use the product alone unless supervised by adults.
Preparation Before Using
- Take out the electric heating bucket and remove the protective plastic bag and other packages.
- Users may find a little residual cleaning oil while first opening the product, for food-grade cleaning oil was used to clean and protect the product manufactured. User should fill the water to the highest water level according to the following operation instruction, pour the water out after boiling and rinse it with cold water, and repeat the operation twice.
Operation Instruction
- Place the product on a stable table or workbench.
- Please hold the handle of the cover and rotate it counterclockwise when opening the cover.
- Pour cold water into the electric heating bucket, while the water level shall not exceed the screw of the handle in the bucket body, or the hot water may overflow when boiling.
- Rotate the cover clockwise and then screw it tightly.
- Plug the power cord into the power supply and switch on, then the red heating indicator will be on and the product will start heating.
- Press the tap to get hot water (be careful with the hot water).
- Please add cold water again or cut off the power when the hot water remained too low, burning may occur, which may affect the using life of important components and then affect the using life of the product.
- Do not move when there is hot water in the bucket to avoid accidents.
- Please be careful of the steam if opening the cover of the bucket on work.
Product Cleaning and Maintenance
- Be sure to cut off the power supply before all cleaning work.
- Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids.
- Put a little warm water in the inner pot, rinse thoroughly and pour out the water.
- Excessive scale may affect the performance and life of the heating components, thus, regular scaling is essential for the maintenance of the product.
- Add a few spoonfuls of vinegar or baking soda into the bucket with water, the scale will be removed immediately after the water is boiled.
- Rinse with water and wipe with a dry cloth. Do not use a rough brush in case of scratching the stainless steel surface.
- Rinse with water again before next use.
- Please repackage the product into the factory carton and keep it in a cool and dry place if you do not use it for a long time.
Fault Handling
- Power failure: check if the plug is loose or the switch is open.
- Water leakage at the outlet: open it several times to reset the distorted silica gel.
- Users are advised to send the product to the warranty point for further repair or inspection if it is failed to handle the problems above or even cause other problems.

These are recommended amounts only – coffee strength can be adjusted to personal taste by adding or subtracting from these quantities.
