Product Overview

This document provides assembly instructions for the IKEA HÅLLBAR support frame, designed to hold waste sorting bins.

Tools Required

Two types of screwdrivers are needed: one Phillips head ? and one flathead ?.

Main frame components (4 long bars, 4 corner connectors)

Measurements for Placement

Diagrams indicate specific measurements for positioning: 27 mm, 30 mm, and 32 mm.

Step 1: Assemble the Main Frame

Connect the four main frame bars using the corner connectors. Ensure each connection clicks into place. Four corner connectors are used in this step.

Step 2: Insert Crossbar

Insert a crossbar into the assembled frame.

Step 3: Secure the Frame

Secure the frame structure using two (2x) screws, part number 107399.

Step 4: Attach Side Runners/Brackets (First Side)

Attach the side runners or brackets to the frame. Positioning guides indicate measurements of 27 mm, 30 mm, and 32 mm for accurate placement.

Step 5: Attach Base Plate (First Side)

Attach the base plate to the frame using two (2x) screws, part number 109049.

Step 6: Attach Side Runners/Brackets (Second Side)

Attach the side runners or brackets to the other side of the frame using two (2x) screws, part number 131119.

Step 7: Attach Base Plate (Second Side)

Attach the base plate to the other side of the frame using two (2x) screws, part number 100325.

Step 8: Attach Side Runners/Brackets (Repeat)

Repeat the process of attaching side runners or brackets, using two (2x) screws, part number 131119.

Step 9: Attach Base Plate (Repeat)

Repeat the process of attaching the base plate, using two (2x) screws, part number 109049.

Step 10: Insert Waste Bins

Slide the waste sorting bins into the attached runners. Ensure they click into place.

Step 11: Add Top Component

Place the top frame component or final piece onto the assembled structure.

Final Assembly
