Assembly Steps
Step 1: Assemble the Main Frame
Connect the four main frame pieces to form a rectangular structure. Ensure each connection point clicks securely into place. [Click!]
Step 2: Attach Base Component
Attach the component labeled AA-2595619 to the assembled frame. Secure it using 2x screws (Part 109049).
Step 3: Mount Frame to Surface
Position the assembled frame onto the intended mounting surface (e.g., inside a kitchen cabinet). Use the provided measurement guide to mark precise drilling or attachment points. Secure the frame using 4x screws (Part 107399). The measurements indicate specific distances from edges, such as 32mm, 27mm, and 30mm, for accurate placement.
Step 4: Install Side Supports/Slides (Set 1)
Attach the first set of drawer slide mechanisms or side support components to the frame. Secure one side using 2x screws (Part 107399) and the other side using 2x screws (Part 131119), following the indicated positions.
Step 5: Install Side Supports/Guides (Set 2)
Attach the second set of support components or guides to the frame. Secure these using 2x screws (Part 100325) and another 2x screws (Part 109049) as shown in the diagrams.
Step 6: Insert into Cabinet
Carefully slide the fully assembled HÅLLBAR support unit into its designated space within the kitchen cabinet or drawer system.
Step 7: Final Component Placement
Place the final component, such as a lid or guide, on top of the assembled unit as indicated.
