You can keep the spa on during winter. The Freeze Shield™ system automatically maintains water temperature between 6°C (42.8°F) and 10°C (50°F) to prevent freezing. The spa heater must always be on if the water temperature is below 6°C (42.8°F).
Important: If the Freeze Shield™ system isn't working, alarms will pop up. Check spa status if outdoor temperature is below 6°C (42.8°F). For long-term absence during risk of freezing, disassemble and store the spa.
Damage from using the spa in freezing conditions is the customer's responsibility. Do not use the spa when ambient temperature reaches -10°C (14°F).
Heating Reset
When using for the first time or after inactivity, press the reset button on the pump with a thin object. If the temperature hasn't changed after 4-5 hours, press the RESET BUTTON again and restart the heating system.
IMPORTANT: The heating system will not operate if the outside temperature is above 40°C (104°F) or if the spa is in direct sunlight. Wait for cooler conditions.
Heating Duration Reference
Heating duration to reach 40°C (104°F) depends on starting water and ambient temperatures:
Ambient Temperature | Water Temperature | Set Temperature | Heating Duration |
---|---|---|---|
10°C(50°F) | 10°C(50°F) | 40°C(104°F) | 18.5 h |
15°C(59°F) | 15°C(59°F) | 40°C(104°F) | 15 h |
20°C(68°F) | 20°C(68°F) | 40°C(104°F) | 11.5 h |
25°C(77°F) | 25°C(77°F) | 40°C(104°F) | 8.5 h |
30°C(86°F) | 30°C(86°F) | 40°C(104°F) | 5.5 h |
- Cover the spa when heating is activated; leaving it uncovered increases heating duration.
- Do not switch off the spa heater if the temperature is lower than 6°C (42.8°F) when assembled with water.

Maintenance and Care ?
CAUTION: Ensure the pump is unplugged before performing maintenance.
Adding Air
Your spa may require additional air over time due to temperature changes. Follow assembly instructions for accurate inflation. When using the pump for inflation, block hoses to prevent water escape and screw on the cap (P00217) to seal the air pipe.
Cover Maintenance
Clean the cover periodically inside and out using a solution with adequate disinfection (e.g., 10 mg/l Free Chlorine).
Filter Cartridge Maintenance
Check and clean filter cartridges daily. Replace cartridges weekly or if they become soiled and discolored.
Water Maintenance
Pollutants can cause bacterial, algal, or fungal growth. Clean the spa regularly. Tenacious stains or biofilms may develop. Change water completely and clean/disinfect the spa as needed.
- Keep spa water clean and chemically balanced.
- Use pool chemicals (chlorine or bromine tablets, not granules) with the chemical dispenser for maintenance.
- Water quality depends on usage frequency and maintenance. Change water every 3 days if no chemical treatment is performed.
- Use tap water for filling to minimize mineral influence.
- Clean barefoot and relaxing areas. Ensure cleaning water does not enter the spa or water cycle.
- Note: Shower before use to remove cosmetic products that can degrade water quality.
Using Chemical Tablets (Not Included):
Important: Do not use granulate tablets or throw tablets directly into the water, as chemicals can deposit on the bottom and damage the material.
Using Chemical Liquid (Not Included):
Add chemical liquid in small doses in the center of the pool, avoiding direct contact with the spa surface, which can cause damage and discoloration.
Remove the chemical dispenser when the spa is in use.
IMPORTANT: After chemical maintenance, use a test kit to check water chemistry. Recommended levels:
pH | Total Alkalinity | Free Chlorine |
---|---|---|
7.4-7.6 | 80-120ppm | 2-4ppm |
Damage from chemical imbalance is not covered by warranty.
Pool chemicals are potentially toxic. Handle with care. Consult your local pool supply retailer for more information. Mismanagement of spa water or misuse of chemicals can damage the spa liner.
Disassembly and Storage ?
Draining the Spa
Follow the illustrated steps to drain the spa. For Paris and Bali Spas, steam may appear in the air chamber; unscrew the valve and blow air into the chamber to dry it (may take up to 25 hours) to prevent mold after storage.
NOTE: Lift the spa when little water is left. Damage to handles is not covered by warranty.
Cleaning the Spa
Detergent residues and dissolved solids can build up. Use soap and water to clean walls and rinse thoroughly. DO NOT use hard brushes or abrasive cleaners.
Deflation
The spa has a deflation function to remove air for easier packing and storage. Follow the illustrated steps for screw valves and quick inflation/deflation valves.
Repair
For PVC parts: Use the provided underwater adhesive repair patch. Clean the area, peel the patch, press over the repair, and wait 30 seconds before inflation.
For Tritech PVC material: Use the provided PVC repair patch and glue (not included). Clean and dry the area, cut the patch to size, apply glue evenly, wait 30 seconds, place the patch over the damage, smooth out air bubbles, and press firmly for two minutes. Wait 30 minutes before inflation.
Disposal
