Light Indicators

  • Green light flashing once: Power on

  • Green continuing flashing: Waiting for connection

  • Solid green light: Fully charged

  • Red flashing once: PIR sensor triggered

  • Red flashing three times: Low battery

  • Red solid: 4G communication exception

  • Orange continuing flashing: Charging

  • Orange solid: Someone is checking the monitor

Quick Start

Download and install the App

The camera supports Android and iOS devices using the mobile App. For your best experience, please scan the QR code below with your mobile phone and install the App.

Register an account

After installing the app, please follow the instruction to complete the user registration. Or you can log in with your Apple Account or Facebook Account without registering a new account.

Add camera

Scan the QR code below to get the latest user guide and more videos before you use it.

  1. Insert the SIM card and the micro SD card.

    Be attention: Please install/change the SIM card/micro SD card (not included) only when the camera is powered off, then turn on the camera to use. (A SIM card has been already inserted into the card slot out of the box. It is recommended and easy that you use the SIM card and recharge it in the app. And if you insert a micro SD card, longer videos can be recorded.)

  2. Turn on the camera

    Switch the power to ON.

  3. Add camera

    Sign in to the app, then tap on the "Add new device" button on the App. Next, please scan the QR code to add camera. After making sure the device is turned on and the camera sounds "du-du” or the indicator flashes, tap the button "Above operation finished" and “Next”. After a few moments the camera will provide a prompt sound indicating that the connection was successful.

  4. Name the camera

    It can be the place where you install it or what you want to name it.

Install the Camera

1. Choose the installation place of camera.

(1) Choose a place that can capture the expected scenes where recommended installation height is 7-10ft (2-3m) above the ground.

(2) PIR sensor is sensitive to lateral motion FOV but hard sensitive to straight motion towards near and far.

2. Choose the installation place of solar panel

Option 1: Install the camera and solar panel separately.

Advantages: Stronger solar energy obtaining.

If the camera is covered, it is recommended to install the solar panel separately to obtain better sunlighting, which the camera can be installed on the wall or ceiling.

  • Step 1: Drill on the wall according to the hole pitch on the camera bracket. It is recommended to mark the point of the hole by pencil before drilling. Insert the expansion slot into the hole and screw the camera bracket to the wall.

  • Step 2: Insert the camera into the camera bracket.

  • Step 3: Screw the solar panel sub bracket into the holes of the solar panel.

  • Step 4: Install the separate solar panel bracket under the sun. Same as the camera bracket installation, drill the holes, insert the expansion slot and screw up.

  • Step 5: Screw the solar panel sub bracket into the separate solar panel bracket until tightened. Adjust the vertical rotation angle of the solar panel (recommended 20-30 °).

  • Step 6: Insert the Type-C cable of the solar panel into the charging port of the camera.

Option 2: Install the camera and solar panel integrally

Advantages: Drilling reduction

If the camera is not obstructed, it is recommended to install the solar panel directly onto the camera.

  • Step 1: Drill on the wall according to the hole pitch on the camera bracket. It is recommended to mark the point of the hole by pencil before drilling. Insert the expansion slot into the hole and screw the camera bracket to the wall.

  • Step 4: Insert the integrated solar panel bracket into the bracket above camera and install the screw.

Share the Camera

You can provide access to the camera live stream as well as previously recorded footage to family and friends using the camera share function. There are two ways:

Play the Camera

Once you enter the app, you will see 3 main sections, namely "Yoosee", "Events" and "Account".

You can tap ▶️ to get more about the camera. On this screen you can tap different icons for different functions to play the camera.

FAQ

  1. The camera can't recognize SIM card.
    1. Step 1. Check the installation direction of the SIM card. Please follow the direction shown in the drawing.
    2. Step 2. Check the prepaid SIM's data plan. For new users, activating our card will get a free unlimited data of 7 days.
    3. Step 3. Check the electricity of the camera. The camera can be restarted after one hour charge.
    4. Step 4. If users use their own SIM card to connect to the camera, especially Verizon SIM card, they can only use new ones. The old card can be easily locked while you using it.
    5. Step 5. If the above methods can't solve your problem, please contact the customer service.
  2. The camera goes offline suddenly.
    1. Step 1. Check the prepaid SIM card for residual flow. If you have used SIM card, you can open the traffic usage record to confirm that the SIM has residual traffic.
    2. Step 2. Check the camera's electricity. Please charge the device for an hour and then turn it on to check whether it is online.
    3. Step 3. Check the 4G network signal. If you install it in a closed space, it is recommended to test it elsewhere.
  3. Fail to add the camera into App.
    1. Step 1. Check if you have inserted the SIM card correctly. Please follow the direction shown in the drawing. And install/change the micro SD card/SIM card only when the camera is powered off, then turn on the camera to use.
    2. Step 2. If you want to use your own SIM card, check if the SIM card type is correct. The 4G security camera only supports 4G networks from AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
    3. Step 3. If you want to use your own SIM card, please check if your own SIM card has enough traffic, and if your card has been used on other devices before.
    4. Step 4. Make sure the place you install the camera has a strong 4G mobile network.
    5. Step 5. If the above methods can't solve your problem, please contact the customer service.
  4. How to reset camera

    Press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to reset the camera. You need to release the button when you hear "Ding".

Safety

  • The suitable temperature of this device and accessories is -20°C to 50°C (Charging temperature is 0°C to 40°C).
  • Unless specifically indicated that it is safe to do so in the user guide or instruction manual, do not use this device in an environment that exceeds the recommended low or high temperature.
  • Unless specifically indicated that it is safe to do so in the user guide or instruction manual, avoid exposing your device to direct sunshine or excessively wet environments.
  • It is recommended to supply the device in an environment with a temperature that ranges from 5°C to 25°C.
  • When supplying power, place the device in an environment that has a normal room temperature and good ventilation.

CAUTION!

THERE IS A RISK OF EXPLOSION IF AN INCORRECT BATTERY TYPE IS USED. DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO THEIR INSTRUCTIONS.

  • Replacing a battery with an incorrect type may bypass safeguards and create danger;
  • Disposal of a battery in a fire or other source of significant heat, or by crushing, or cutting, may result in an explosion as well as leakage of flammable liquids and gases;
  • Leaving a battery in an extremely hot environment may result in an explosion as well as leakage of flammable liquids and gases;
  • A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion as well as leakage of flammable liquids and gases.

Firmware Upgrade

ℹ️

When you connect your camera through the App, it will prompt you if the latest firmware is available. You can also manually check the firmware upgrade in the settings of the App.

Please make sure that your camera is fully charged or connected to the power adapter before upgrading the firmware, please do not cut off the power supply during the upgrading.
