⚠️ Precautions

Use the Right Power Source

The input voltage for the cameras is 12V DC/1A or 12V DC/2A. Use only the original power supply supplied with the product or another with the same parameters. Connect the camera to an appropriate power source. Incorrect connection may lead to camera failure or damage.

Handle Camera with Care

Use the camera according to the instructions. Avoid hitting, shaking, or dropping the camera. Improper handling or storage may result in damage.

Storage Media Usage - SD Card

Use only memory cards recommended for cameras, or cards with a speed class of at least 10. Using other cards may lead to incorrect storage of data.

Protection Against Atmospheric Factors

Camera connection cables should be protected against weather conditions such as rain, snow, or moisture, using recommended protective measures. Improper protection can result in permanent damage to the equipment and void the service warranty.

Camera Working Environment

The cameras are designed for use in environments with temperatures between -20°C to +60°C and humidity levels of 10% to 90%.

Do Not Use Strong or Abrasive Cleaners

If the camera is dirty, clean it with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild detergent and gently wipe the camera.

Do Not Point the Camera Towards the Sun

Do not point the camera directly at the sun or other very bright light sources. This can cause image stains, even when the camera is off, and may damage the camera sensor.

Do Not Place the Camera Near Sources of Interference

If the camera is installed near devices that emit electromagnetic fields, it may lead to malfunctioning.
