Ice-Watch User Manual: Getting Started and Setting Instructions
Getting Started
To begin using your Ice-Watch, first remove the plastic stopper from the watch crown. The stopper is typically located on the side of the watch case and should be pulled outwards, away from the watch body, following the direction indicated by an arrow.
Once the stopper is removed, press the winder (the crown) back into its normal position against the watch case.
Instructions and Care
Ice-Watch timepieces require regular servicing to function correctly. The interval between services will depend on the specific model, environmental conditions, and how the watch is cared for. To keep your watch in excellent condition, follow these general guidelines:
- Temperature: Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures. Do not wear it in environments below 0°C (30°F) or above 35°C (100°F).
- Protection: Prevent prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, steam, and contact with chemicals such as alcohol, detergents, perfumes, or cosmetic products. These substances can cause distortion, discoloration, or other damage to the watch components and materials.
- Water Resistance: To maintain water resistance and prevent damage to the internal mechanism, do not operate any watch buttons or the crown while the watch is submerged in water. This watch is designed for use within its stated 10 ATM water-resistant standard.

Setting the Date and Time
Your Ice-Watch features functions for setting the date and time. The watch dial includes indicators for the minute hand, hour hand, and second hand. The winder has multiple positions for adjustment: the normal position, the 1st position for date setting, and the 2nd position for time setting. A date window is present on the dial; its specific location may differ depending on the watch model.
A) Setting the Date
To set the date on your Ice-Watch:
- Gently pull the winder out to the 1st position.
- Turn the winder anticlockwise to adjust the date. Please note: if the date is set between approximately 9 PM and 1 AM, it might not change automatically to the next day.
- Once the date is correctly set, push the winder back into its normal position.
B) Setting the Time
To set the time on your Ice-Watch:
- Gently pull the winder out to the 2nd position.
- Turn the winder to position the hour and minute hands accurately.
- Push the winder back into its normal position. The second hand will then resume its movement, indicating the watch is running.
