Outsunny 845-031V01 Storage Shed Assembly Manual
Model Number: IN221100139V02_GL, 845-031V01
Assembly Preparation
Before beginning construction, please check local building codes regarding footings, location, and other requirements. Study and understand this owner's manual for important information and helpful tips for an easier and more enjoyable assembly.
Assembly Instructions
Review all instructions and appropriate information before you begin. Ensure you follow the step sequence carefully for successful results.
Flooring Base
Choose a good location for the storage building: a square and level area with good drainage. A strong plastic sheet (at least 150µm thick) should be placed under the foundation to help reduce rising dampness from the soil, thus reducing condensation build-up in the shed. Your storage building must be anchored to prevent wind damage. Once secured, it is highly recommended to apply silicone along the inside of the base rail to minimize condensation.
Parts and Parts List
Before starting, separate and identify all parts and hardware to ensure you have all the necessary components for your building. Refer to the Parts List page for details. If any part is missing, please notify the seller within one week of receiving the product. Do not attempt to assemble the building if parts are missing, as a partially assembled building can be seriously damaged by light winds.
(Please tear off the safety protection layer before assembly, keep the part number label if needed)
Safety First
- Select a dry and calm day for assembly. Teamwork (two or more people) is required.
- Wear safety gloves, eye protection, and long sleeves during assembly to prevent injury. Pay attention to sharp edges on some parts.
- Children and pets are not allowed on the construction site.
- Never concentrate your total weight on the roof of the building. When using a step ladder, ensure it is stable.
Care & Maintenance
- Keep the shed clean with a soft cloth; use water if necessary.
- Keep the door tracks clear of dirt and other obstructions to ensure smooth sliding.
- Clean snow with necessary tools to ensure safe entry. Heavy snow may cause collapse; ensure safety before entering.
- The shed is not designed for living but for storing items.
- Apply oil to the top and bottom door sliding channels for smoother door operation.
