IKEA Katowice "Okazje na Okrągło" Goods Storage Service Regulations

1. Definitions and Scope

"IKEA" refers to IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, with NIP 527-010-33-85 and REGON 010577890.

"Okazje na Okrągło" refers to the sale of goods marked with a discount card in the "Okazje na Okrągło" section. This includes:

• Used goods, including display items, damaged goods, and goods without packaging.
• Unused goods that are part of a "end of series" stock.

These regulations apply exclusively to the IKEA Katowice store located at al. Roździeńskiego 95, 40-203 Katowice. They do not apply to purchases made through the IKEA website (www.ikea.pl), the IKEA app, or by phone (22 275 00 00).

"Goods purchased from the "Okazje na Okrągło" section" refers to all articles sold in the IKEA store marked with a discount card from this section.

2. Service Procedures

Customers can arrange storage for purchased goods on the same day of purchase at the Customer Service department in the IKEA Katowice store.

IKEA provides the storage service for 48 hours from the time it is arranged at Customer Service. The service cannot be extended.

Goods are to be collected from the online order pickup point, located in the underground parking of the IKEA store. The order number must be presented.

Customers are required to secure their purchased goods with stretch film, available at the Customer Service department, before handing them over to IKEA staff for storage.

3. Non-Collection and Returns

If goods are not collected within the specified 48-hour period, IKEA reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of the collection deadline by issuing a statement to the customer. In such cases, the agreement is considered void, and IKEA will refund the purchase price using the original payment method, unless the customer agrees to an alternative method that incurs no cost.

If the goods are found to be inconsistent with their condition at the time of purchase upon collection, the customer has the right to return the purchased goods.

Refunds for goods under points 8 and 9 will be processed as follows:

• Within 14 days of issuance: refund in the original payment form.
• Between 15 and 30 days of issuance: refund in the form of an IKEA refund card.
• For payments made with an IKEA electronic discount code: the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the discount granted, as per the "Regulamin elektronicznych kodow rabatowych IKEA.pdf" (IKEA Electronic Discount Code Regulations).

4. Complaints and Pricing

The detailed price list for the storage service is provided in the appendix to these regulations.

All complaints regarding the service must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods. Complaints can be submitted:

• By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges apply according to the operator's tariff).
• In person, in writing, at the IKEA Katowice Customer Service Department.
• By mail to the IKEA Store address (Head of Customer Service Department, IKEA Katowice).
• Via the complaint form available on the website: Reklamacje w IKEA - IKEA.
• Via IKEA Chat available on the website: Skontaktuj się z nami – IKEA - IKEA.
• Via Facebook Messenger on the official IKEA profile.

Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

A complaint should include the customer's contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the reason for the complaint.

These regulations are available at the IKEA Katowice Customer Service Department and on the IKEA website at IKEA.pl/Inne regulaminy.

In matters not covered by these regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code apply.

These regulations are effective from January 21, 2025, until August 31, 2026.
