Assembly Guidance
This document provides instructions for assembling the HOMCOM Storage Cabinet. Please follow these steps carefully.
Estimated Assembly Time: 90 minutes
Required Personnel: 2 people

Tools Required: Screwdriver, Power Drill (use with caution)
Quickfit Assembly: Tighten quickfit until shoulder is flush with panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.
Cam Lock Assembly: When fitting cam lock, ensure starting position is correct before inserting the connecting quickfit. The quickfit head should be in the center of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. Cam lock should be inserted before quickfit. Turn cam lock clockwise to tighten. [✔️] Do not overtighten or undertighten. [❌]
Screw Identification: Do not confuse similar screws. [✔️] Ensure correct screw placement. [❌]
Drawer Slide Installation: Please find the exact hole for installation, otherwise it will be misaligned. The screws on the drawer slide must be leveled, otherwise it will affect the smoothness of the drawer.
Board Insertion: Be careful to push in the board when both sides of the slide way have been aligned.

Assembly Steps
Refer to the diagrams for detailed assembly steps. The diagrams illustrate the correct placement and connection of parts.
- Step 1: Assemble base components using parts A, E, and G.
- Step 2: Construct the main frame using parts A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, and numbered parts 1-17 as shown in the diagrams.
- Step 3: Assemble drawer units using parts B, D, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16.
- Step 4: Attach drawer units to the main cabinet structure.
- Step 5: Install drawer slides and ensure smooth operation.
- Step 6: Attach the back panels and any remaining components.
- Step 7: Final check of all connections and stability.
