Entry Requirements for England and Wales
- Age 16+
- 5+ GCSEs grade A*-C / 9-4, including English, Maths, and Science.

Application Process
The application window opens throughout February each year for a September start date.
1. Application
You will need to complete an application form explaining your interest in the Apprenticeship Programme at Diodes. Include relevant education and any work experience.
2. Assessment Centre
Following a successful application, you will be invited to an on-site Assessment Centre. This includes a tour, aptitude tests, group activities, and an individual interview. You will also learn about the apprenticeship from our partner college.
3. Conditional Offer
After a successful Assessment Centre, you may receive a conditional offer with a competitive salary and attractive benefits.
4. Pre-Employment Checks
Your conditional offer may be subject to verification of your qualifications, medical checks, and work experience references.
5. Confirmation of Employment
Once all pre-employment checks are completed, your employment offer with Diodes will be confirmed. Your start date will typically be in September, aligning with the apprenticeship cohort.
