How to Wear
To wear the headphones correctly, insert the earbuds into your left (L) and right (R) ears. Ensure a secure fit by rotating them slightly. A correct fit is indicated by a checkmark ✔️, while an incorrect fit is shown with a cross ❌.
A circular icon with two arrows ? suggests rotating for a secure fit.
Power On & Connect
To power on and enter pairing mode, press and hold the central button on the in-line control unit for more than 2 seconds (indicated by >2s and a clock icon ⏰). The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode.
On your device (e.g., smartphone), navigate to Bluetooth settings. You will see "JBL TUNE215BT" listed as discoverable. Select it to connect. A Bluetooth symbol ? indicates the connection status.
Note: The device will show "Connected" once paired.
Button Command
The in-line control unit features buttons for managing your audio and calls:
- Play/Pause Music: Press the central button (0) once (×1). ▶️ / ⏸️
- Next Track: Press and hold the (+) button for >2 seconds. ⏭️
- Previous Track: Press and hold the (-) button for >2 seconds. ⏮️
- Volume Up: Press the (+) button once (×1). ➕
- Volume Down: Press the (-) button once (×1). ➖
- Answer/End Call: Press the central button (0) once (×1). ?
- Activate Voice Assistant: Press the central button (0) twice (×2). ?️
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the central button (0) for >2 seconds. ⚡
- Reject Call: Press and hold the central button (0) for 2 seconds. ❌?
- Mute/Unmute Microphone: Press the central button (0) twice (×2) during a call. ?
Multi-Point Connection
These headphones support connection to a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously.
To connect the 2nd device: Enter pairing mode with the 2nd device.
Instructions for managing multiple devices:
- To switch music source, pause the music on the current device and select play on the 2nd device.
- Phone calls will always take priority over music playback.
- If one device goes out of Bluetooth range or powers off, you may need to manually reconnect the remaining device.
- To disconnect multi-point, select "Forget This Device" on your Bluetooth devices.

Charging
Connect the headphones to a power source using the provided USB charging cable. A full charge takes less than 2 hours (indicated by ? 2HR).
A quick charge feature provides approximately 1 hour of music playback from just 10 minutes of charging (indicated by 10 MIN ⚡ = 1 H ?).
LED Behaviors
The LED indicator on the headphones provides status information:
- No Device Connected: Solid blue dot (•)
- BT Connecting: Flashing blue light (?✨)
- BT Connected: Solid blue dot (•)
- Low Battery: Flashing red light (?✨)
- Charging: Solid red dot (•)
- Fully Charged: Solid white dot (⚪)
