Download the JBL Headphones app for enhanced control and personalization of your listening experience. Available on Google Play and the App Store.

Note: The app is for China only in some regions.

Power On & Connect

To Power On: Hold the power button for 2 seconds.

To Connect (Pairing Mode):

Turn off the headphones.
Hold the power button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode again.
On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "JBL TUNE520BT" to connect.

Multi-Point Connection: Connect to a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously.

Controls

Press Once: Play/Pause music, Answer/End calls.

Press Twice: Next track.

Press Three Times: Previous track.

Hold (2s): Activate Bixby/Siri/Other voice assistants.

Note: Enable advanced controls by connecting your JBL TUNE520BT to the JBL Headphones app.

Charging

Connect the USB-C cable to charge.
Charging takes approximately 2 hours for a full charge.
A 5-minute charge provides up to 3 hours of playtime.

Factory Reset

To perform a factory reset, power off the headphones and then hold the power button for 5 seconds.

Battery Lifespan: To prolong battery life, fully charge at least once every 3 months. Battery life varies by use and settings.
