NUX Mighty Amp App: Loading Custom Tracks Guide

Supported Music Formats

The Mighty Amp app supports the following music formats:

• iOS devices: flac, mp3, m4a, aac, caf, wav
• Android devices: flac, mp3, m4a, acc, caf, wav, ogg, ape

System Requirements

• A smartphone running iOS 11.0 or later, or Android 5.0 or later.
• A computer running Windows 10 or later.
• A quality USB sync/data cable.
• Patience.

Target: Loading Custom Tracks

This section details how to load your custom tracks into the Mighty Amp app's Custom JamTrack folder.

• iOS devices: Copy custom tracks into the 'Mighty Amp Documents' folder.
• Android devices: Copy custom tracks into the 'Music' folder.

iOS + Windows 10 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Ensure the Mighty Amp App is installed on your iOS device.
2. Unlock your iOS device.
3. Open iTunes on your Windows PC.
4. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer using the USB cable.
5. On your iOS device, ensure you trust the computer when prompted ("Trust This Computer?").
6. In iTunes, click on your connected device. If you cannot find it, seek help.
7. In the left sidebar of iTunes, click 'File Sharing'.
8. Select the 'Mighty Amp' app from the list of applications.
9. Drag and drop your music file(s) into the 'Mighty Amp Documents' folder displayed in iTunes.
10. Close iTunes and disconnect your iOS device from the Windows PC. Unplug the USB cable.
11. On your iOS device, open the Mighty Amp App. Navigate to the 'JamTrack' page.
12. Tap the 'Custom' button. Your imported music files will be listed below.
13. Tap the 'Edit' button to start adding events to your custom music.
14. Tap the 'Save' button to save your events.

Android + Windows 10 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Ensure the Mighty Amp App is installed on your Android device.
2. Unlock your Android phone.
3. Connect your phone to your computer using a USB cable.
4. On your phone, tap the "Charging this device via USB" notification.
5. Under "Use USB for," select 'File Transfer'.
6. A file transfer window will open on your computer. Locate the 'Music' folder on your phone.
7. Drag and drop your music file(s) into the 'Music' folder.
8. When finished, safely eject your phone from Windows.
9. Unplug the USB cable.
10. On your Android device, open the Mighty Amp App. Navigate to the 'JamTrack' page.
11. Tap the 'Custom' button. Your imported music files will be listed below.
12. Tap the 'Edit' button to start adding events to your custom music.
13. Tap the 'Save' button to save your events.
