Safety Instructions
- Read this manual carefully before first use and retain it for future reference. Use the product only according to this manual and for its intended purpose. Do not modify the product in any way.
- WARNING! Before maintenance, always unplug the device from the electrical outlet to prevent burning or electrocuting yourself.
- Do not use in rooms with high humidity.
- While the product is turned on, pay attention to its operating status to avoid an injury. If the machine is idle, it is recommended to turn off the power and unplug the power cord.
- Keep the stepmill away from children and pets. Never leave them unattended near the device.
- Never use the product if parts of it are worn or damaged. Regularly check all screws, nuts, and other connecting parts to make sure they are not loose. Damaged or worn parts should be replaced immediately.
- Never use the stepmill if the plug or power cord are damaged. If the power cord doesn't work properly or if it has been exposed to water, stop using it at once and have it repaired or replaced by a qualified technician or the customer service.
- Never insert anything into the open spaces found on the device.
- This product cannot be used outdoors.
- Do not use the product in a room without proper ventilation or with low levels of oxygen.
- Always unplug the power cord after shutting the stepmill off.
- If the power cord or the plug is damaged, contact the service department for repair.
- This product is not intended for people with physical or mental disabilities and unexperienced users (including children), unless they are under qualified supervision.
- Exercise according to the given instructions. Improper exercising may result in an injury.
- For assembly, prepare a wide area with a flat and clean surface.
- The stepmill can only be placed on a flat, clean, and solid surface. Keep a safety clearance of 2 x 1 m behind the device and at least 0.6 m around the rest.
- Provide regular maintenance and check the stepmill for damage.
- No adjustable part should protrude and limit the user's movements.
- If the first stair is too high for you, use the foot supports to get on.
- Always hold on to the handlebars while getting on/off the device.
- Wear appropriate sports clothes and shoes. Avoid loose clothes so they don't get stuck in the moving parts of the stepmill.
- Step onto the second stair while holding on to the handlebars and use this as a standby position. Don't start exercising before you stand on the stair.
- Always hold the handlebar as a support.
- Max. user weight: 150 kg
- Category: SC (according to EN957) suitable for commercial and professional use.
- WARNING! The heart rate frequency monitoring may not be completely accurate. Overexertion during training can lead to a serious injury or even death. If you start to feel faint, stop the exercise immediately.

Assembly
The assembly process involves connecting various parts of the stepmill. Refer to the parts list for numbered components.
- Place the main frame (1) in the desired location and unpack it from the packaging material.
- Carefully unpack the console post (2), handles (3), footplates (4), and console (5).
- Route the console cables (5) through the console post (2) and attach the console (5) to the post (2) using 4x M4x10 screws (7).
- Connect the cables from the console to the cables originating from the main frame.
- Connect the console post (2) to the main frame (1) using 2x Ø8 washers (8) and 2x M8x50mm screws (9). Ensure cables are not pinched.
- Attach the handles (3) to the main frame (1) using 2x M10x16 screws (6).
- Attach the handrails (3) to the console post (2) using 2x flat washers (10), 2x flexible washers (11), and 2x M10x130mm screws (12).
- On the other side, attach the handle to the post using 2x nuts (13) and 2x M10x50mm screws (14).
- Attach the footplates (4) to the main frame (1) using 4x washers (15) and 4x screws (16).
- After assembly, ensure all parts are tightened and the machine is properly leveled.
Console and Display
The stepmill is powered by AC22V + 10%.
Console Layout:
The console features a digital display and control buttons. The display shows:
- FLOORS and meters (METS)
- TIME and CALORIES
- Resistance (LEVEL) and STEPS/min
- FLOORS/min and HEART RATE
The dot display shows the resistance graph and digits entered from the keyboard.
Buttons:
- TIME: Starts a time countdown program. Set time (5-95 min) using resistance buttons, then press QUICK START.
- DISTANCE: Starts a distance countdown program. Set distance (20-990 meters) using resistance buttons, then press QUICK START.
- CALORIES: Starts a calorie countdown program. Set calories (20-990 cal) using resistance buttons, then press QUICK START.
- FATBURN: Starts a program. Default time is 30:00 min. Adjust exercise time (5-99 min) and resistance using buttons. Press QUICK START to begin.
- INTERVAL: Starts a program. Default time is 30:00 min. Adjust exercise time (5-99 min) and resistance using buttons. Press QUICK START to begin.
- MOUNTAIN CLIMB: Starts a program. Default time is 30:00 min. Adjust exercise time (5-99 min) and resistance using buttons. Press QUICK START to begin.
- QUICK START: Confirms settings and starts the program.
- STOP: Press once to pause the program (must resume within 20 seconds). Press twice to stop the program.
- BUTTONS 0-9: Used to set resistance level from 0 to 15. Confirm by pressing ENTER.
- ENTER: Confirms the set value.
- DELETE: Deletes the set value.
- RESISTANCE BUTTONS: Adjust the resistance of the current program. When starting in standby mode, resistance is set to level 1, with a range of 1-15.

Maintenance
- Clean the device after use. Wipe off dust with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, solvents, or brushes. Clean only the surface of the device. Avoid contact with water.
- Check all connections regularly. Be careful if the device makes any unusual noises.
- Regularly clean the space under the device.
- Ensure the device is properly leveled.
- Due to the weight of the device, any movement must be carried out by several people and with the right auxiliary equipment.
Environment Protection
After the product's lifespan expires or if repair is uneconomic, dispose of it according to local laws and in an environmentally friendly manner at the nearest scrapyard. Proper disposal protects the environment, natural resources, and human health. If unsure about correct disposal, consult local authorities to avoid legal violations or sanctions. Do not dispose of batteries with household waste; hand them in to a recycling facility.
Terms and Conditions of Warranty, Warranty Claims
These Warranty Conditions govern Warranty Coverage and Warranty Claim Procedure, as per Act No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection, as amended.
The seller is SEVEN SPORT s.r.o., registered in Prague, Czech Republic (Company Registration Number: 26847264).
Warranty Period: The Seller provides a 24-month warranty for Goods Quality, unless otherwise specified. The legal warranty period for consumers is not affected.
Battery Warranty: 6-month warranty, guaranteeing nominal capacity does not fall below 70% within 6 months of sale.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
- User's fault (e.g., damage from unqualified repair, improper assembly, insufficient part insertion, loose pedals/cranks).
- Improper maintenance.
- Mechanical damages.
- Regular use (wear of rubber/plastic parts, moving mechanisms, joints, brake pads, chain, tires, etc.).
- Unavoidable events or natural disasters.
- Adjustments made by unqualified persons.
- Improper maintenance, placement, or damages caused by temperature extremes, water, inappropriate pressure, shocks, or intentional design changes.
Warranty Claim Procedure:
- The Buyer must inspect the Goods immediately after delivery to discover any defects.
- To make a warranty claim, the Buyer must provide proof of purchase (Invoice or Bill of Delivery with serial number). Failure to do so may result in claim rejection.
- If a defect is not covered by warranty (e.g., user fault, mistaken report), the Seller may charge repair costs.
- If the product is found undamaged after testing, the warranty claim is not accepted, and the Seller may claim compensation for costs.
- For legally covered claims, the Seller will repair or exchange the damaged part or product. The Seller may exchange defective goods for compatible ones of equal or better technical characteristics.
- Warranty claims will be settled within 30 days of defective goods delivery, unless a longer period is agreed upon. If settlement is delayed due to the nature of the defect, an alternative solution will be agreed upon. If no agreement is reached, the Seller will provide financial compensation (refund).
