How to Use

To operate the wrist ball:

1. Use your left and right thumbs to wind up the inner ball (core) in the direction indicated by the arrow.
2. Ensure the inner ball is sufficiently wound. Hold the ball (core) with your thumb.
3. Release the ball (core) to start it spinning at approximately 1000-2000 RPM.
4. During exercise, move only your wrist, not your entire arm. Smaller circular wrist movements result in faster ball movement. The faster the ball spins, the more resistance is felt in the wrist.
