User Manual

Safety Instructions

  • Read the manual carefully before first use and keep it for future reference.
  • Follow all warnings and instructions, including assembly instructions. Use the device only for its intended purpose.
  • Follow assembly instructions. Inform all users about proper usage and safety instructions. Assembly can be done by an adult.
  • Keep the device away from children and pets. Do not leave children and pets unsupervised near the device – assembly can be done by an adult.
  • Consult your doctor before use. This is important if you have health problems or are participating in any rehabilitation program that affects heart function, blood pressure, or cholesterol levels.
  • Always listen to your body's signals. If you feel pain or other complications (chest pressure, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, or nausea), stop exercising immediately. Inadequate exercise can lead to serious health complications or injuries.
  • Place the device on a flat, clean, and dry surface, and maintain a safety distance of at least 0.6 m from other objects. A mat can be used to protect the floor.
  • Wear appropriate sportswear, including sports shoes. Do not wear loose clothing.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Before each use, check the product for damage or wear. Regularly check all screws and nuts. Tighten them if necessary. Never use a damaged or worn product.
  • Do not use the product if sharp edges appear.
  • Do not use the trainer if it makes unusual noises.
  • No adjustable part should obstruct or restrict the user's movement. The product can only be used by one person at a time.
  • The trainer is not intended for therapeutic purposes.
  • Be especially careful when lifting and carrying the device to avoid back injury. Follow the recommended procedure and ask for help from another adult.
  • Do not make unauthorized modifications to the product. For repairs, contact a specialist.

The package includes:

Usage

Place the vibrational platform on a flat and solid surface. The platform should be at least 1 meter away from equipment emitting radio waves, such as televisions, radios, and players. Connect the power cable. After connecting, press the power button.

Control Panel

The control panel features:

  • 1. Time, program, and vibration intensity display
  • 2. Program selection button
  • 3. Power button
  • 4. Vibration intensity adjustment
  • 5. Time / Intensity Increase button
  • 6. Time / Intensity Decrease button

Before starting, ensure the device is connected. The default time setting is 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the program will automatically pause.

Pre-set Programs

You can choose from 5 programs (P1 – P5). After starting a program, the vibration intensity and time cannot be adjusted.

Manual Program

You can set the time between 1 and 10 minutes. Once the time is set, it cannot be changed during operation. Vibration intensity is adjustable.

Music Playback

USB Drive: Connect the USB drive; MP3 file playback will start automatically. You can then control the music with the remote.

Bluetooth Connection: Find the ZZKJ device on your phone. Pair your phone with the vibrating platform. Then, you can play music and adjust the volume using your phone or the remote control.

Resistance Band Attachment

If needed, you can attach carabiners with resistance bands to the eyelets on the platform.

Exercise Guide

The following exercises can be performed using the vibrational platform and resistance bands:

  • Standing exercises: Various stances, some using resistance bands for arm or leg workouts.
  • Seated exercises: Sitting on the platform, potentially using resistance bands.
  • Lying exercises: Lying on the platform, performing core or limb movements, some with resistance bands.
  • Exercises focusing on specific muscle groups using resistance bands attached to the platform.

Maintenance

  • Keep away from water and fire.
  • After use, wipe all parts with a dry cloth.
  • After use, unplug from the power outlet.

Environmental Protection

When the product reaches the end of its life, or if repair is not economical, dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner according to local laws at the nearest collection point. This protects the environment and natural resources. It also contributes to human health protection. If you are unsure about proper waste disposal, seek information from local authorities to avoid breaking laws or facing penalties. Do not dispose of components with household waste; take them to a recycling facility.
