Ultimate 7-Band Graphic Equalizer
Thank you for choosing the BEHRINGER BASS GRAPHIC EQUALIZER BEQ700. This effects pedal is designed to match the frequency range of bass guitars, offering 7-band sound shaping and feedback elimination from 50 Hz to 10 kHz. It features a powerful 15 dB boost/cut per band, suitable for 5-string and 6-string bass guitars.
1. Controls
The BEQ700 features the following controls:
- 7-band EQ faders: These faders allow boosting or cutting single frequency ranges from 50 Hz to 10 kHz by up to ±15 dB.
- LEVEL fader: Adjusts the output level, enabling volume "boost" or "cut."
- LED indicator: Illuminates when the EQ is activated and also serves as a battery level indicator.
- Footswitch: Activates or deactivates the EQ.
- 1/4" TS IN connector: Connect your instrument cable here.
- 1/4" TS OUT connector: Sends the signal to your amplifier.
- DC IN connection: Located at the front, this is for connecting a 9 V power supply (not included).
Battery Compartment: Located underneath the pedal cover. To install or replace the 9 V battery, press the hinges with a ballpen and remove the pedal cover carefully to avoid scratching the unit.
The BEQ700 does not have a dedicated on/off switch. The unit activates when a jack is inserted into the IN connector and runs as long as the jack is connected. To conserve battery life, remove the jack from the IN connector when not in use.
The SERIAL NUMBER is located at the bottom of the unit.
