VEVOR Water Distiller Instruction Manual
Model: 750W, 4.0L Capacity, 1L/h Distillation Rate
Cleaning
- Wipe the shell with a flexible cloth.
- After each use, clean the residual fouling in the main engine tank with clean water. It is recommended to use the cleaning reagent (citric acid) provided by the company monthly.
- Add 1.0L water and 2 tablespoons of citric acid into the main engine tank. Without covering the head component, boil water for about 30 minutes. Pour out the water and rinse with clean water. Repeat if scale is not removed.
- For plastic outlets, replacement every 2 to 3 months is recommended.
Common Exceptions and Handling
No distilled water dripping
- Check and plug in the host power supply and head power socket.
- Ensure the start button is pressed (red indicator light is on).
- Verify there is water in the main engine tank.
Insufficient distilled water is produced each time
- Ensure the water in the main engine tank reaches the maximum water level mark.
- Check the sealing ring of the head assembly for missing or poor sealing. Reinstall or replace if necessary.
- Verify there is water in the main engine tank.
- Check the installation of the water outlet nozzle on the machine head. Remove and reinstall if poorly installed.
Head assembly shakes or water overflows during water boiling
- Ensure the water in the main engine tank does not exceed the maximum water level mark.
- Properly install the head assembly onto the host. Ensure it is seated correctly by hand.
- Check and reinstall the sealing ring of the head assembly if it is not installed properly.
- Clean the outlet nozzle if it is blocked by dirt deposition, or replace it.

Notes (Danger and Warning)
Read this instruction carefully before using this product and keep it for future reference.
- Do not immerse the head and base in water or other liquid, nor flush with a faucet.
- After the water in the distillation barrel is dried and automatically protected by temperature control, wait about 10 minutes before opening the machine head assembly to avoid burns from steam.
- Before connecting to the power supply, confirm that the marked voltage is consistent with the local voltage.
- Do not attempt to repair the machine yourself if the plug, socket, or product is damaged. Incorrect internal circuit connections can lead to power short circuits and other dangers.
- This product is not suitable for children or individuals with physical or mental disorders to prevent harm from misuse.
- When handling head components or cleaning products, turn OFF the ON/OFF switch first and unplug the power plug of the head components and the host.
- For the first use, add 1.0L of water and 2 tablespoons of citric acid into the main engine tank. Cover the head assembly, boil water for about 20 minutes. Pour out the water, rinse the tank and distillation cover with clean water. (Distilled water from the first use should not be consumed).
- When cleaning the interior, do not use steel wire brushes or other hard articles to scrub the inner tank of the main engine and machine head to avoid scratches that can lead to dirt accumulation.
- To stop production, press the red ON/OFF switch below the display screen. It is not necessary to wait for the water in the tank to dry up completely.
- This product can continuously produce condensed water. After the water in the tank is distilled, turn OFF the display ON/OFF switch and wait about 10 minutes before turning on the head component.
- Add water with the largest scale into the inner tank of the main machine and use it again.
Use Instructions
- Open the package and take out the machine (including the extension head and host machine). Detach the head and remove the inner parts of the tank. If using a glass bottle, assemble the handle firmly.
- Add water to the maximum scale water level in the main engine tank (do not exceed the level).
- Place the machine head on the main machine. Check that the sealing ring of the machine head is properly installed and not leaking. Insert the connecting power plug of the machine head into the machine head socket, and insert the machine head's power cord plug into the machine head's socket. Then, insert the host power cord plug into the wall socket.
- Ensure all plugs are correctly connected and firmly inserted.
- Turn on the host's ON/OFF switch, then press the start button. The start button indicator will light up, the head fan will start rotating, and the host will enter the heating state. (For first-time use, ensure the ON/OFF switch is on and the indicator light is lit).
- After approximately 30 minutes of heating, distilled water will begin to drip slowly from the outlet. The machine will continue until the water in the inner tank is completely dried and protected by automatic temperature control. Close the ON/OFF switch.
Function Description
- Three screen display: Shows time, current temperature, and set temperature.
- Timing function: Maximum time setting is 99 hours and 59 minutes; minimum is 1 minute. After setting, stop for 3 seconds to enter working state. The clock counts down. When time reaches 00:00, the machine stops and enters standby. To set time: press the set key, minute bit flashes, use '+' and '-' keys for minute setting. Press set key again, minute ten bit flashes, use '+' and '-' keys for setting. Press set key again to enter hour setting, hour light flashes, use '+' and '-' keys for setting. After setting, stop for 3 seconds for normal operation and countdown.
- Temperature control: Temperature can be set between 30°C and 108°C. When the machine heats to the set temperature, it enters thermal insulation state while the head continues to cool. The control time and temperature can work simultaneously. For example, setting time to 02:10 (2 hours 10 minutes) and temperature to 83°C means the machine will enter insulation state at 83°C and maintain it for 2 hours and 10 minutes. To adjust temperature, directly use the '+' and '-' keys. The machine will enter heating state 3 seconds after setting is stopped.
