VEVOR Water Distiller Instruction Manual
Model Information: K40107A, K40101A
Cleaning
If the shell is soiled, wipe it with a flexible cloth. After each use of the main engine tank, clean the residual fouling with clean water. It is recommended to use the cleaning reagent (citric acid) provided by the company monthly. Add 1.0L water and 2 tablespoons of citric acid into the main engine tank. Boil water for about 30 minutes without covering the head component. Pour out the water and rinse the tank. If scale cannot be removed at once, repeat the method. For plastic outlets, replacement every 2 to 3 months is recommended.
Common Exceptions and Handling
No distilled water dripping
- Ensure the host power supply and head power socket are plugged in correctly.
- Check if the start button is pressed (the red indicator light should be on).
- Verify there is water in the main engine tank.
Insufficient distilled water produced
- Ensure the water level in the main engine tank reaches the maximum mark.
- Check the sealing ring of the head assembly for missing or poor seals; reinstall or replace if necessary.
- Confirm there is water in the main engine tank.
- Ensure the water outlet nozzle of the machine head is properly installed; remove and reinstall if needed.
Head assembly shakes or water overflows during boiling
- Do not exceed the maximum water level mark in the main engine tank.
- If the head assembly is not installed properly, remove and reseat it firmly on the host.
- Reinstall the head assembly sealing ring properly if it is not seated correctly.
- Clean or replace the outlet nozzle if it is blocked by dirt.

Notes (Danger and Warning)
Before using this product, please read this instruction carefully and keep it for future reference.
- Do not immerse the head and base in water or other liquid, nor flush with a faucet.
- After the water in the distillation barrel is dried and automatically protected by temperature control, allow an interval of about 10 minutes before opening the machine head assembly to avoid potential burns from residual steam.
- Before connecting the product to the power supply, confirm that the marked voltage is consistent with your local voltage.
- If the plug, socket, or product is damaged, do not attempt repairs without authorization. Incorrect internal circuit connections can lead to power short circuits and other dangers.
- This product is not suitable for children or individuals with physical or mental disorders to prevent harm from misuse.
- When handling head components or cleaning the product, first turn OFF the ON/OFF switch ⚙️ and unplug the power cord from both the head components and the host.
- For the first use, add 1.0L of water and 2 tablespoons of citric acid into the main engine tank. Cover the head assembly and boil water for about 20 minutes. After pouring out the water, rinse the tank and distillation cover with clean water. (Note: Distilled water from the first use should not be consumed.)
- When cleaning the interior, avoid using steel wire brushes or other hard articles to scrub the inner tank of the main engine and the machine head. This prevents scratches that can lead to dirt accumulation.
- To stop production at any time, press the red ON/OFF switch ⚙️ located below the host's display screen. It is not necessary to wait for the water in the tank to dry up completely.
- This product can continuously produce condensed water. After the water in the tank is distilled, turn OFF the display ON/OFF switch ⚙️ and wait for about 10 minutes before turning on the distillation component again.
- Add water with the largest scale into the main machine's inner tank for subsequent use.
Use Instructions
- Open the package and remove the machine (including the extension head and host machine). Detach the head and take out the inner parts of the tank. If a glass bottle is included, assemble its handle securely.
- Fill the main engine tank with water up to the maximum scale water level mark, ensuring not to exceed it.
- Place the machine head onto the main machine. Check that the sealing ring of the machine head is properly installed and not leaking. Connect the machine head's power plug to the corresponding socket on the machine head, and plug the main unit's power cord into the power socket.
- Confirm all plugs are correctly and firmly connected. Then, insert the host power plug into the wall socket.
- Turn on the host's ON/OFF switch ⚙️, then press the start button. The start button indicator will light up, the head fan will begin to rotate, and the host will enter the heating state. (For the first use, simply turn on the ON/OFF switch ⚙️; the indicator light will illuminate.)
- After approximately 30 minutes of heating, distilled water will begin to drip slowly from the outlet. The process continues until the water in the inner tank is completely dried and the unit is protected by automatic temperature control. At this point, the ON/OFF switch ⚙️ should be closed.
Function Description
1. Three Screen Display:
Displays time, current temperature, and set temperature.
2. Timing Function:
The timer can be set from a minimum of 1 minute to a maximum of 99 hours and 59 minutes. After setting the time, stop for 3 seconds to enter the working state, and the clock will begin counting down. When the time reaches 00:00, the machine stops working and enters standby mode. To set the time: press the 'set' key; the minute bit light will flash; use the '+' and '-' keys to adjust the minutes. Press 'set' again; the minute ten bit light will flash; use '+' and '-' keys to set. Press 'set' again to enter the hour setting; the hour light will flash; use '+' and '-' keys to set. After setting, stop for 3 seconds, and the machine will work normally with the clock counting down.
3. Temperature Control:
Temperature can be set between a minimum of 30°C and a maximum of 108°C. When the machine heats to the set temperature, it enters a thermal insulation state, and the head continues to cool. The control time and temperature can operate simultaneously. The set time determines the duration, and the temperature can be set as required. For example, setting the time to 02:10 (2 hours and 10 minutes) and the temperature to 83°C means the machine will enter an insulation state at 83°C for 2 hours and 10 minutes. To adjust the temperature, directly use the '+' and '-' keys. The machine will enter the heating state 3 seconds after you stop adjusting the temperature.
