Quickfit Assembly

Tighten the quickfit fitting until its shoulder is flush with the panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.

Cam Lock Assembly

When fitting the cam lock, ensure the starting position is correct before you insert the connecting quickfit. The quickfit head should be in the center of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit.

Turn the cam lock clockwise to tighten. [Clockwise arrow symbol]

Wall Mounting and Safety

Anti-Dumping Belt

This anti-dumping belt fixes the product to the wall. It can be used or not, depending on your needs for safety. [Warning symbol]

Wall Mounting Instructions:

• For solid walls: Use expansion and self-tapping screws.
• For wooden walls: Use only self-tapping screws.
• Do not overtighten the screws.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach the top panel (1) to the upper back panel (5) using 8x screw A.

Step 2

Attach the shelf (11) to the upper back panel (5) and shelf (10) using 4x screw B and 2x cam lock C.

Step 3

Slide shelf (10) into the grooves of the upper back panel (5) and shelf (11).

Step 4

Attach the lower back panel (16) to the upper back panel (5) and shelf (11) using 4x screw B and 2x cam lock C.

Step 5

Slide shelf (10) into the grooves of the upper back panel (5) and shelf (11).

Step 6

Attach the base panel (2) to the upper back panel (5) and lower back panel (16) using 2x cam lock C and 4x screw F.

Step 7

Assemble the main frame by attaching the side panels (3, 4) to the base panel (2) and other structural elements using 6x screw K.

Step 8

Attach shelves (18, 19, 20) to the side panels (3, 4) using 10x screw E.

Step 9

Attach the back panels (5, 6, 21) to the assembled frame using 18x screw D and 24x dowel O.

Step 10

Attach the top panel (1) to the side panels (3, 4) using 4x screw A. Insert 2x connector H and 4x screw J into designated holes. Attach bracket I.

Step 11

Attach the upper back panel (5) to the side panels (3, 4) using 4x screw B and 2x cam lock C.

Step 12

Attach various shelves (10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20) and back panels (5) to the side panels (3, 4) and base (2) using screws A, L, and dowels Q.

Step 13

Attach various panels and shelves (3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20) to the structure using screws A, D, G, and dowels Q.

Step 14

Connect side panels (3, 4) to the base panel (2) and shelves (7, 8, 12, 14) using 8x screw B and 8x cam lock C.

Step 15

Attach shelves (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) to the side panels (3, 4) using 8x screw B and 8x cam lock C.

Step 16

Attach shelves (9, 10, 12, 14) to the side panels (3, 4) using 8x screw B and 8x cam lock C.

Step 17

Attach panels (2, 3, 4, 8, 10) to the structure using 8x screw B and 4x cam lock C.

Step 18

Secure the back panels (5, 6, 21) to the main unit using 18x screw D and 24x dowel O.

Step 19

Insert shelves (13, 17) into their designated positions, as indicated by arrows. [Arrow symbol]

Step 20

Final assembly: Secure the unit. Use 1x screw F and 1x tool P. [Checkmark symbol]
