This manual contains important information regarding the assembly and use of your HOMCOM product. Please read it thoroughly before beginning assembly and keep it for future reference.
General Assembly Notes & Warnings
Quickfit Installation: Tighten the quickfit until its shoulder is flush with the panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.
Cam Lock Installation: When fitting the cam lock, ensure the starting position is correct before you insert the connecting quickfit. The quickfit head should be in the center of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit.
Cam Lock Tightening: Turn the cam lock clockwise to tighten.
Drawer Slide Alignment: Please find the exact hole for installation, otherwise, it will be misaligned. The screws on the drawer slide must be leveled; otherwise, it will affect the smoothness of the drawer. Be careful to push in the board when both sides of the slide way have been aligned.
Hinge Adjustment: It may be necessary to adjust the hinges so that the doors align. Use the instructions below as a guide.
- Vertical Adjustment: To adjust the door vertically, loosen the screw as shown ? and move the door up and down as needed.
- Gap Adjustment: To adjust the gap between the door and the main frame, turn the screw clockwise ↩️ or anti-clockwise ↪️ as needed.
- Lateral Adjustment: To adjust the door laterally, adjust the screw as shown by turning clockwise ↩️ or anti-clockwise ↪️.
Wall Mounting: This is an anti-dumping belt that fixes the product to the wall and can be used or not, following your needs. If it is a solid wall, please use expansion and self-tapping screws. If it is a wooden wall, only use self-tapping screws. Please do not overtighten the screws.

Assembly Steps
Step 01: Attaching Drawer Slides to Panel 5
Attach drawer slide rails CL and CR to panel 5 using screws E. Ensure the rails are oriented correctly.

Step 02: Attaching Cam Bolts to Panels 7 and 8
Insert cam bolts A into panels 7 and 8. Ensure they are screwed in fully.

Step 03: Connecting Panels 5, 7, and 8
Connect panels 7 and 8 to panel 5 using cam locks B and screws C. Ensure the cam bolts align with the cam locks.

Step 04: Connecting Panels 5, 7, 8, and 11
Connect panels 7 and 8 to panel 11 using cam locks B and screws C. Also, connect panel 5 to panel 11 using cam locks B and screws C.

Step 05: Connecting Panels 7, 8, 9, and 11
Connect panel 9 to panels 7 and 8 using screws D. Connect panel 9 to panel 11 using screws D.

Step 06: Attaching Panel 12 and Brackets
Attach panel 12 to panels 4 and 11 using screws E and brackets O. Ensure correct alignment.

Step 07: Attaching Panel 4 and Connecting to Side Panels
Attach panel 4 to panels 7, 8, and 11 using screws C and D. This forms the base structure.

Step 08: Attaching Drawer Slide Rails to Side Panels 2 and 3
Attach drawer slide rails CL and CR to side panels 2 and 3 using screws E.

Step 09: Attaching Cam Bolts to Side Panels 2 and 3
Insert cam bolts A into side panels 2 and 3. Ensure they are screwed in fully.

Step 10: Connecting Main Frame Structure
Connect panels 3 and 4 to panels 7, 8, and 11 using cam locks B and screws C. This step continues building the main cabinet frame.

Step 11: Inserting Middle Divider and Shelf
Insert middle divider panel 6 into the assembled frame. Insert shelf panel 6 into the designated slots.

Step 12: Attaching Top Panel and Leg
Attach the top panel 2 to the main structure using cam locks B and screws C. Attach the leg 13 to the bottom panel 4 using knob R.

Step 13: Inserting Drawer Assembly
Slide the assembled drawer structure into the cabinet. The back panel 6 is shown being inserted into grooves.

Step 14: Attaching Top Panel and Side Panels
Attach the top panel 1 to the side panels 2 and 3 using cam bolts A and screws C. Rotate the assembly 180 degrees.

Step 15: Attaching Drawer Slides and Buckles
Attach drawer slide components F to the cabinet frame. The buckles F have 3 optional adjustment positions.

Step 16: Assembling and Attaching Hinges and Plates to Doors
Attach hinges P and hinge plates Q/S to door panels 14 and 15 using screws G and M. Use screws P for hinges and screws G for plates.

Step 17: Attaching Doors to Cabinet
Attach the assembled doors (panels 14, 15) to the cabinet using the pre-attached hinges and plates. The diagram shows various hinge adjustment options (I-V).

Step 18: Assembling Drawer Boxes
Assemble the drawer boxes using panels 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22. Attach cam bolts A to panels 16 and 17, and connect them to panels 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 using screws D.

Step 19: Attaching Drawer Slides to Drawer Boxes
Attach drawer slide rails DL and DR to the assembled drawer boxes using screws E and B. Ensure correct orientation.

Step 20: Attaching Drawer Runners to Cabinet
Attach drawer runners (parts H, I, J, K) to the inside of the cabinet frame. Use screws H, I, and K. Brackets J are also used.

Step 21: Inserting Drawers and Handles
Slide the assembled drawers into the cabinet. Attach ring pull handles N to the drawer fronts using screws G.

Step 22: Wall Anchoring (Anti-Tip Belt)
Secure the furniture to the wall using the anti-tip belt and screws D. Locate a suitable point on the wall and attach the bracket. Ensure the belt is taut.
