Getting Started

Package Contents: User manual, docking station with wireless earbuds, USB-C power cable, and replacement silicone ear tips.

Pairing: Open the charging case to turn on the earbuds. Enable Bluetooth on your device and select "FIXED Pods Pro" to connect. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when the case is opened.

Charging: Place earbuds in the charging case and close it. Connect the case via USB-C or use a wireless charging pad. The case has an integrated battery to recharge the earbuds on the go.

Controls & Modes

Touch Controls: Manage music playback, calls, activate voice assistants, and switch between ANC, Transparent, and Game modes with simple taps on the earbuds.

ANC (Active Noise Cancelling): Blocks out ambient noise for focused listening.

Transparent Mode: Allows ambient sounds to pass through, enhancing awareness of your surroundings.

ENC (Environmental Noise Cancelling): Ensures your voice is clear during calls by reducing background noise.
