TWS BONBON Earphones User Manual

Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the TWS BONBON Earplugs. These earphones offer high-end sound and are equipped with the latest BT 5.0 and Double-master technologies. Fully charged earphones provide up to 5.5 hours of music playback, with an additional 24 hours available from the charging case. Please read this manual before use.

How to Pair and Connect/Disconnect the Earphones

1. Remove both earphones from the charging case.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone and search for the TWS BONBON device.
3. If the connection is successful, a pairing request will appear on your device's display.
4. The connection will automatically break after placing the earphones into the charging case and closing it.
5. Upon opening the case and removing the earphones, they will automatically reconnect to the previously paired device.

Once successfully paired with your phone, the earphones are ready for use. If the charging case is depleted, the earphones will not automatically disconnect from the phone when placed and closed in the case.

Charging

1. Place the earphones into the charging case, ensuring each earphone is in its respective slot (marked "L" for left and "R" for right).
2. Close the charging case.
3. Connect the USB-C cable to the port on the charging case.

Note: The case has an integrated battery and can charge the earphones even without a USB cable connection.

Touch Control - Controlling the Earphones with Touch

• Turning the Earphones On: The earphones switch on automatically when removed from the charging case, or by long-pressing the sensor button on the earphone for 5 seconds.
• Turning the Earphones Off: The earphones switch off automatically when returned to the charging case, or by long-pressing the sensor button on the earphone for 5 seconds.
• Play/Pause Music: 1 click on the RIGHT or LEFT earphone.
• Next Song: 2 clicks on the RIGHT earphone.
• Previous Song: 2 clicks on the LEFT earphone.
• Volume Up: 3 clicks on the RIGHT earphone.
• Volume Down: 3 clicks on the LEFT earphone.
• Activate Voice Assistant (SIRI/Google Assistant, etc.): Press and hold the button on the RIGHT or LEFT earphone for approximately 3 seconds.
• Answer or Hang Up a Call: 1 click on the RIGHT or LEFT earphone.
• Reject a Call: Press and hold the button on the RIGHT or LEFT earphone for approximately 2 seconds.

LED Indicators

• Charging Status:
  • Earphones: A red LED lights up while the earphones are charging. When fully charged, the LED on both the earphones and the charging case turns off.
  • Charging Case: A red LED flashes slowly while charging. When the case is fully charged, the LED remains solid red.
• Earphones Pairing Mode: The LED on one of the earphones will flash red and blue alternately.
• Paired and Connected Earphones: The LED remains off.

The product is covered by a warranty in accordance with the regulations in force in the countries where it is sold. For service issues, please contact the dealer from whom the product was purchased.

Product Care and Maintenance

If the device is not used for an extended period, it is necessary to charge the battery every two to three months to prevent damage and maintain device performance. Use a soft cloth to clean the body of the TWS earphones.

Safety Precautions

• Do not expose the device to rain or snow, or immerse it in water.
• Do not leave the TWS earphones in a car exposed to sunlight.
• Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or leave it near heat sources.
• Do not use the TWS earphones if they have been subjected to a strong impact, dropped, or damaged in any way.
• Do not disassemble the device, as there is a risk of electric shock and/or burns. Do not modify the power cable.
• Keep earphones out of reach of children. Unauthorized opening or modification of product parts will void the warranty.
