Safety Precautions
- This product is for household use only. Please read this manual carefully before using the product and keep it properly.
- This product is intended for floor cleaning in domestic environments only; do not use in outdoor, non-floor, commercial or industrial environments.
- The product should not be used by persons with physical, sensory or intellectual disabilities and persons without relevant experience and knowledge (including children), unless they are supervised or directed by guardians to ensure that they can use the product safely.
- Children are not allowed to use the product as a toy; please supervise children and pets to keep them away as much as possible.
- Do not touch the plug or any live part of the product with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
- Do not flush or submerge the body parts other than the detachable parts of the product in water. Do not expose the product to the sun or burn it.
- The product may be dangerous if used on the ground with power cord.
- The product should be unplugged before cleaning and maintenance.
- The damaged power cord must be replaced with a special cord or a special component that is purchased from its manufacturer or maintenance department.
- Do not use the product to absorb high-temperature substances (such as cigarette butts, matches or hot ashes and other ultra-fine substances (such as lime, cement, wood chips, gypsum powder, ash, carbon powder, etc.), dangerous substances (such as solvents, scale agents, etc.), corrosive chemicals, foam liquids and other substances with uncertain physical properties.
- Do not use the product to absorb gasoline and other flammable and explosive liquids, and do not inhale toxic solutions such as chlorine bleach, ammonia, sewage cleaner or other liquids.
- Do not use the product to absorb sharp substances (such as glass fragments, toys, pins, paper clips, stones, gypsum, large pieces of paper, etc.), which may cause blockage and damage to the product.
- Do not use the floor cleaner to absorb stains with strong grease, viscosity or dyeing, such as shoe polish, paint and pigment.
- Do not charge or store the product near heat source or damp area (such as radiator, kitchen and bathroom).
- When this product fails, such as overheating, abnormal sound, peculiar smell, weak suction, etc., it is recommended to contact the official after-sales service and do not repair it yourself.
- Please pay attention to personal safety when using the product to clean the stairs.
- The product should be charged in strict accordance with the manual at an ambient temperature of 5-40°C.
- Do not disassemble and assemble other parts except for the detachable parts described in the manual, otherwise it will lead to danger.
- Please charge it according to the rated voltage on the base station.
- Take extra care to prevent falling when cleaning the stairs.
- Do not lift or carry the floor cleaner up and down when the product is working, and do not tilt the floor cleaner to one side or lay it flat to prevent sewage from entering the motor.
- Do not use the clean water tank and sewage tank if they are not properly installed.
- Do not place any small objects at the outlet or block the outlet, and promptly take away all small objects that may hinder the smooth airflow at the outlet to prevent the product from overheating.
- Do not wet the device body to avoid the risk of fire or electric shock due to short circuit.
- In order to ensure product quality, the product quality will be tested before delivery. It is normal if a small amount of water remains in the water tank. Please feel free to use it!
- Please use the product according to the manual. Any loss caused by improper use shall be borne by the user.

How to Install
Installation and dismantling of handle
- Installation: Insert the end of the handle vertically into the host port. After hearing the click, ensure the handle is tight and not loose.
- Dismantling: First, remove the clean water tank. Then, insert the tool into the handle removal hole, hold the handle, and pull it upward. Finally, remove the tool when it can be pulled.
Note: If the button does not respond when you use it for the first time, check whether the handle is securely installed.
Installation of base station
- Take out the base station and the tray. Align the base station with the tray, press down the base station, and install it in place when you hear a click.
- Take out the adapter and plug it into the DC power socket on the back of the base station.
Note: After the base is placed against the wall, the adapter plug is plugged into the socket.
Additional Notes for Base Station:
- Do not place it near heat sources or damp areas (such as radiators, kitchens and bathrooms).
- Do not disassemble, repair or refit the base station without permission.
- Do not use any third-party battery or charging base. It can only be used with the base station in model of DEM-VX96W-JZ.
How to Use
Manual filling of water in clean water tank
- Take out the clean water tank upwards.
- Turn counterclockwise to open the tank lid, fill with tap water and tighten the tank lid. The amount of water injected must not exceed the MAX line.
- Forcibly press the top of the clean water tank and install it into the main unit. It is installed in place when there is a "click".
Startup/ Standby
- If the floor cleaner cannot be started for the first time, please charge it until the lamp ring is green steadily.
- After charging, short press the [Power Key] to power on.
- To prevent sewage residue, the floor cleaner will delay shutdown by 5 seconds.
- After the floor cleaner is used, please clean the sewage tank in time and put it back into the base station for self-cleaning and charging.
Tips
When the floor cleaner is used for the first time or the rolling brush is dry, it is recommended to wet the rolling brush before cleaning the floor, so as to achieve the better cleaning effect.
Functions of keys
Power key: Short press [Power Key] to turn on the device. Short press again [Power Key] to turn off the device.
Self-cleaning:
- Put the main unit back to the base foundation, double click the "self-cleaning" key to start the self-cleaning mode.
- In self-cleaning mode, double-click the "self-cleaning button" or short press the mode button or power key to exit self-cleaning mode.
- In self-cleaning mode, press the "self-cleaning" key to pause the self-cleaning function or continue self-cleaning.
- Press and hold the "self-cleaning" key for 3 seconds to turn off the voice prompt in the startup state; Long press again to turn it on.
Mode Switch key: Turn on the sterilization mode by default, short press to switch the cleaning mode (sterilization → automatically absorbs water), and cycle in turn.

Modes
1. Sterilization
After start-up, the floor scrubber prepares the sterilization solution for cleaning, which can effectively sterilize and clean the ground and automatically adjust the suction.
2. Automatic operation
In this mode, the corresponding suction will be adjusted according to the dirt on the ground. The mode is suitable for daily cleaning.
3. Water absorption
The mode is suitable for cleaning the floor with more water stains.
4. Self-cleaning
- The main unit can be self-cleaning when placed on the base station for charging.
- Please ensure that the clean water tank is full of water before self-cleaning, and clean the sewage tank timely after self-cleaning.
Caution:
- If the power of the floor scrubber is low, please charge it first and then self-clean.
- If the sewage tank is full during the self-cleaning process, please clean the sewage tank in time and start self-cleaning.
Charging and power display
Use process:
- Lamp ring is green steadily: The battery can be used normally with sufficient power.
- Lamp ring is red steadily: The battery should be charged in time as the power is insufficient.
Charging status:
- Lamp ring flashes green: The battery is charging.
- Lamp ring is on steadily or the screen is off: The battery is fully charged.
Note:
- The floor cleaner has a small amount of power when it leaves the factory, which needs to be connected to an intelligent base for charging. When the floor cleaner is used for the first time, it is recommended to use it after it is fully charged.
- It is recommended to charge it for 12 hours each time for the first three times, and subsequently charge it on demand for daily use.
- When the indicator flashes green or is green steadily, the self-cleaning function can be available.
Dismantling and installation of sewage tank
- As shown in the image, take out the sewage tank.
- As shown in the image, take out the filter element, and open the cover of the sewage tank.
- Dump garbage as shown.
- Install the filter element and cover in turn. And load the sewage tank back into the floor scrubber, and install it successfully when you hear the click.
Note: If cleaning the filter element, please dry it before putting it back into the sewage tank.
Dismantling and installation of rolling brush
Dismantling
Turn off the machine before removing the rollers, pinch the release button of floor brush side cover with both hands and take out the side cover of the floor brush outwards. Then hold the rolling brush tightly by hand, and draw out the rolling brush.
Installation
- Install the rolling brush: Load the red rollers into the front axle and the green rollers into the rear axle.
- After the roller brush is loaded into place, press the side cover of the ground brush and press inward, and install it in place when you hear a click.
Maintenance
1. Host machine cleaning
Turn off the floor scrubber before cleaning, and then use a rag to wipe the dirty area of the floor scrubber.
2. Sewage tank Cleaning
After removing the sewage tank, rinse the parts with clean water, and the stubborn stains can be cleaned with the aid of a cleaning brush.
Roller cleaning
Remove the roller brush and rinse the roller brush with clean water. If there is any hair entanglement, use the blade at the end of the cleaning brush handle to clean it.
Floor brush and pipeline cleaning
After removing the roller brush, use the cleaning brush to clean the dirt on the inner wall of the brush and the suction mouth pipe, and then wipe it clean with a dry rag.
Disposal of battery
The lithium-ion battery inside the product contains the chemicals that can pollute the environment. The battery should be disassembled by professionals before scrapping, and should be handed over to a professional battery recycling center for centralized disposal.
- Battery must be taken out before discarding the product.
- The product must be powered off when taking out the battery.
- Battery should be disposed of safely.
