Introduction
Thank you for choosing this quality product. To minimize the risk of injury, please follow basic safety precautions when using this product. Read this operating manual carefully and keep these instructions in a safe place.
Safety Instructions
Before assembly, read the safety instructions and notes!
- Read the safety instructions for tractor owners and tractors. Familiarize yourself with the operation of your tractor before using the spreader.
- Read all information and safety instructions for handling chemicals to be broadcast.
- Always wear eye and hand protection while handling and broadcasting lawn or garden chemicals.
- Never operate the tractor or spreader without wearing solid shoes, and do not let anyone ride or sit on the spreader.
- Never let children operate the tractor or spreader, and do not allow any adult to operate them without prior instruction.
- Always begin with the first (lowest) gear and with a low rotation, gradually increasing rotation if conditions allow.
- When towing the spreader, do not get too close to a ditch and watch out for potholes and other dangers that might lead to loss of control.
- Before operating a vehicle on a slope, respect the safety instructions of the vehicle's user manual concerning safety on slopes. Do not drive on steep slopes!
Open the packaging and pouch, remove all parts, and check for completeness.

Assembly Instructions
1st Step
- Mount the driving wheel (labeled 1 in diagram) onto the drive and axle construction (labeled 3 in diagram).
- Insert the M4×20 fillister head screw (labeled 2 in diagram) through the driving wheel and axle.
Diagram illustrates mounting the driving wheel (1) to the drive and axle construction (3) using screw (2).
2nd Step
- Fix the wheel frame construction (parts 18 and 33) on either side of the driving axle (part 39) and connecting rod (part 35).
- Insert two M6×40 screws (part 14) through the wheel frame into the connecting rod. Ensure the hole on the driving axle is on the right as shown.
- Fix the mounting frame and foot to the hopper (part 11) with M6×40 screws (part 14), M6 counter nuts (part 29), and big washers Ø6 (part 41).
Note: The screws and nuts do not need to be tightened yet.
Note: The bore on the driving axle must be on this side when assembling.
Diagram shows the attachment of wheel frame assemblies (1, 3) to the driving and axle assembly (2) and connecting rod (5), and the mounting of the hopper (8) using screws (7), nuts (4), and washers (6).
3rd Step
- Mount one end of the connecting plate (part 31) to the wheel frame with a M6×35 screw (part 23) and M6 counter nut (part 29).
- Then mount the connecting rod (part 35) to the wheel frame with a M6×60 screw (part 32) and M6 counter nut (part 29), and fix the connecting plate (part 31) to the connecting rod (part 35) with a M6×35 screw (part 23).
Note: The screws and nuts do not need to be tightened.
Diagram illustrates connecting the plate (5) to the wheel frame using screw (4) and nut (3), and connecting the rod (1) to the wheel frame using screw (7) and nut, then fixing the plate to the rod with screw (6).
4th Step
- Set the inner axle box (part 37) into the outer axle box (part 38), ensuring they are securely seated.
- Mount the right wheel construction (part 33) to the right axle with the M5×45 hexagon socket screw (part 36) and M5 counter nut (part 21). Then mount the end cap (part 47 or 48) on the right axle with a wooden or rubber mallet.
- Mount the left wheel construction (part 18) to the left axle inserting a Ø16 washer (part 50), and mount the end cap (part 47 or 48) on the left axle with a wooden or rubber mallet.
Diagram shows the process of seating axle boxes, mounting wheel constructions with screws, nuts, washers, and end caps.
5th Step
- Assemble the hopper part (part 11) and tube part (part 22) construction with a M6×40 screw (part 14) and M6 counter nut (part 29).
- Tighten all screws and bolts mounted from the first step on, but not too strongly. Then insert the R pin (part 13 or 28) into the front end for securing.
Diagram shows the assembly of the hopper (5) and tube part (3) using screw (1) and nut (4), and the insertion of an R pin (2).
6th Step: Adjustments
These steps are necessary if individual parts do not match properly. To operate the spreader, push the handle up. You can shift the position of the wing nut on the pressure gauge and lever to adjust the spacer of the three holes between the hopper and adjustable plate according to your needs.
Set the steel wire into the small hole.
To operate this spreader, push the handle all the way up to the highest position.
The drive wheel should turn in the direction shown while the spreader is pushed forward.
Push the handle all the way down. Use it to adjust the adjustable plate so that the hole on the hopper bottom exactly matches the holes on the adjustable plate. Untighten and remove both bolts. Re-insert them after modifying the adjustments.
Diagram illustrates the adjustment process for the spreader handle and adjustable plate, with arrows indicating movement and text labels explaining the functions.
Exploded View
A detailed exploded view diagram shows all components of the spreader with numerical labels corresponding to the parts list.
