Important Safety Advice
Please observe the following information to avoid injury or damage:
- The appliance is intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lacking experience and knowledge, only if they have been given supervision or instruction and understand the risks.
- Children are forbidden to operate the equipment. Keep the product and its power cord away from children.
- The appliance cannot be operated with an external timer or separate remote control system.
- Always remove the power supply plug from the mains socket before cleaning.
- Do not immerse the base unit in water.

Unpacking and Setting Up
- Unpack the appliance and remove transport packaging.
- Check for any signs of damage.
- Place the appliance on a level, dry, non-slip surface.
- Ensure the speed controller is set to "0".
- Plug the appliance into a suitable socket. It is now ready for use.
Operation
Assembling the Appliance
1. Lift the unlock lever and swing up the drive arm.
2. Insert the mixing bowl into the base unit.
3. Lock the mixing bowl by rotating it slightly clockwise until it engages.
Selecting the Appropriate Attachment
- Dough hook: For heavy dough, e.g., bread dough.
- Balloon whisk: For whipping cream, beating egg whites, etc.
- Beater: For medium to light dough/batter, e.g., batter for cakes.
Fit the attachment into the drive arm from below. Ensure the lugs on the attachment's shaft are inserted into the crosswise slot of the opening.
Press the attachment lightly and turn anti-clockwise until it engages.
Press the unlock lever and swing the drive arm down into the working position.
Dismantling the Appliance
- Press the unlock lever and swing up the drive arm.
- To remove an attachment, press lightly and unlock by turning clockwise slightly.
- Remove the attachment.
- Unlock the mixing bowl by rotating it counter-clockwise.
- Remove the mixing bowl.
- Press the unlock lever and swing the drive arm down into the working position.
Regulating Speed, Switching On and Off
- Switch the appliance on by turning the speed controller to the right.
- Start at a slower speed when mixing and then increase as needed.

Cleaning the Appliance
To prevent risk of electric shock, injury, or damage:
- Disconnect the power supply plug before cleaning.
- Never immerse the base unit in water.
- Never use scouring, corrosive, or abrasive cleaning materials.
Cleaning the Base Unit
- Clean with a damp cloth. A little detergent may be used.
- Wipe with clean water.
- Ensure the base unit is completely dry before use.
Cleaning Dough Hook, Balloon Whisk, and Beater
- These parts can be washed in the dishwasher.
- Soften dough residues in cold or lukewarm water (detergent may be added).
- Remove softened residues with a brush.
- Rinse with clean water.
- Allow parts to dry completely before use.
Cleaning the Mixing Bowl
The mixing bowl is made of stainless steel and can be cleaned in the sink or dishwasher.
At the end of its service life, this product must not be disposed of as normal household waste. It must be disposed of at a collection point for recycling electrical and electronic devices. Materials are recyclable according to their labelling. Please contact your municipal administration for information on appropriate disposal facilities.
