Product Description

Control Panel

The control panel features a left and right display, along with various buttons and a rotary knob:

Accessories

The oven comes with various accessories, which may vary by model:

Inserting Accessories: Insert the wire shelf and other accessories horizontally by sliding them across the shelf guides, ensuring the side with the raised edge faces upwards.

Removing and Refitting Shelf Guides: To remove, lift and pull the lower parts out of their lodgings. To refit, insert into upper seating, slide into the cooking compartment, then lower into lower seating.

Fitting Sliding Runners (if present): Remove shelf guides, remove protective plastic from runners. Fasten the upper clip of the runner to the shelf guide, slide it fully, then lower the other clip. Press the lower clip firmly against the shelf guide. Ensure runners move freely. Repeat on the other shelf guide on the same level. Runners can be fitted on any level.

Functions

The oven offers a variety of cooking functions:

Automatic Functions

Conventional Functions

Special Functions

First Time Use

  1. Set the Time: When switching on for the first time, set the hour by turning the knob and pressing to confirm, then set the minutes similarly. The time may need resetting after power outages.
  2. Settings: If required, change the default rated current (e.g., from 16 A to 13 A if your household power is lower). To change later, press and hold the [On/Off Button] for five seconds while the oven is off and repeat the steps.
  3. Heat the Oven: A new oven may release manufacturing odours. Heat the empty oven to 200°C for about an hour, preferably using a function with air circulation (e.g., "Forced Air" or "Convection Bake"). Air the room afterwards.

Daily Use

  1. Select a Function: When the oven is off, only the time is shown. Press and hold the [On/Off Button] to switch it on. Turn the [Rotary Knob] to view main functions on the left display. Select one and press to confirm. To select a sub-function, press again after selecting the main function. Turn the [Rotary Knob] to choose sub-functions on the right display and press to confirm.
  2. Set the Function:
    • TEMPERATURE / GRILL LEVEL: When the °C icon flashes, turn the knob to change the value, then press to confirm. Grill level (3=high, 2=medium, 1=low) can also be set. Settings can be adjusted during cooking by pressing or turning the knob directly.
    • DURATION: When the clock icon flashes, use the knob to set the cooking time and press to confirm. You can choose not to set a duration for manual cooking. Press to confirm and start. Delayed start is not possible without setting a duration.
  3. Activate the Function: Once settings are applied, press to activate. Press and hold to pause an active function.
  4. Preheating: Some functions have a preheating phase. The display indicates activation. An audible signal and display message indicate the oven has reached the set temperature. Open the door, place food inside, close the door, and press to start cooking. Placing food before preheating is finished may affect results. Opening the door during preheating pauses it. Cooking time does not include preheating. Temperature can be changed during preheating.
  5. End of Cooking: An audible signal and display message indicate completion. To extend cooking time, turn the knob to set a new time and press .
  6. Special Functions:
    • DIAMOND CLEAN: With the oven cold, pour 200 ml of drinking water on the bottom, close the door. Access special functions, select "Diamond Clean", press to confirm. Press to start immediately or to set a delayed start. After the cycle, let it cool, remove residual water, and clean with a damp sponge.
    • KEYLOCK: Press and hold the [Back Button] for at least five seconds to lock the keypad. Repeat to unlock. This function can be activated during cooking. The oven can be switched off at any time by pressing the [On/Off Button].

Notes: Do not cover the oven interior with aluminium foil. Never drag pots or pans across the oven bottom to avoid damaging the enamel. Do not place heavy weights on the door or hold onto it. Higher temperatures for the Pizza cycle may result in slightly higher cooling fan noise.

Activate the STEAM function only when the oven is cold. Opening the door and topping up water during cooking may adversely affect the final cooking result.

Accessories: Air Fry tray, Oven tray or cake tray on wire shelf, Drip tray / Baking tray or oven tray on wire shelf.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Ensure the oven has cooled down before performing any maintenance or cleaning. Do not use steam cleaners.

Do not use wire wool, abrasive scourers, or abrasive/corrosive cleaning agents, as these could damage the surfaces of the appliance. Wear protective gloves. The oven must be disconnected from the mains before carrying out any kind of maintenance work.

Exterior Surfaces

Clean surfaces with a damp microfibre cloth. For heavy dirt, add a few drops of pH-neutral detergent. Finish with a dry cloth. Do not use corrosive or abrasive detergents.

Interior Surfaces

After each use, let the oven cool and then clean it, preferably while still warm, to remove deposits or stains. To dry condensation from high-water-content cooking, let the oven cool completely and wipe with a cloth or sponge.

Accessories

Soak accessories in washing-up liquid solution after use, handling with oven gloves if still hot. Remove food residues with a brush or sponge. Do not clean Food Probe and Meat Probe (if present) in the dishwasher. The Air Fry tray (if present) can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Cleaning the Catalytic Panels (only in some models)

These panels facilitate cleaning due to their self-cleaning coating. They are fitted to the shelf guides. Ensure the upper hooks of the guides are slotted into the panel holes when refitting. To maximize self-cleaning properties, heat the empty oven to 200°C for about an hour using the "Convection Bake" function. Let it cool, then remove residues with a non-abrasive sponge. Using abrasive cleaners or sprays can damage the catalytic surface.

Replacing the Lamp

For lamp replacement, contact the after-sales service.

Removing and Refitting the Door

  1. Remove Door: Open the door fully, lower the catches to the unlock position. Close the door as much as possible. Hold the door firmly with both hands (not by the handle). Continue closing while pulling upwards until released from its seating. Rest the door on a soft surface.
  2. Refit Door: Move the door towards the oven, aligning hinge hooks with seating, and secure the upper part. Lower the door and open it fully. Lower the catches to their original position, ensuring they are fully down. Apply gentle pressure to check catch position.
  3. Check Alignment: Try closing the door and verify it aligns with the control panel. Repeat steps if alignment is incorrect, as improper function could damage the door.

Lowering the Top Heating Element (only in some models)

  1. Remove the lateral shelf guides.
  2. Pull the heating element out slightly and lower it.
  3. To reposition, lift the heating element, pull it slightly towards you, and rest it on the lateral supports.
