Guides for the sliding racks are indicated on the oven interior.
Starting the Oven
To start the oven, follow these steps:
- Select the desired cooking mode by turning the SELECTOR knob.
- Select the desired temperature with the THERMOSTAT knob.
- When the THERMOSTAT indicator light is lit, it indicates that the oven is heating up to the set temperature.
During cooking, you can:

- Change the temperature by turning the THERMOSTAT knob.
To stop cooking, turn the SELECTOR knob to the "0" position.
Cooking Ventilation
Some models are equipped with a cooling fan that blows air between the control panel and the oven door to cool the external temperature. The cooling fan remains active until the oven has cooled down sufficiently after cooking.
Oven Light
The oven light turns on when a cooking mode is selected using the SELECTOR knob and stays on during cooking.
How to Use the Timer
- To set the buzzer, turn the TIMER knob clockwise almost one complete revolution.
- Turn the knob anticlockwise to set the desired time. Align the minutes shown on the TIMER knob with the indicator on the control panel.
- The timer operates in minutes. When the selected time has elapsed, a buzzer will sound.
- The timer feature does not turn the oven on or off.
The Electronic Cooking Programmer
The electronic cooking programmer offers advanced timing functions. Key button functions include:
- [Timer with hours and minutes]
- [Cooking time]
- [End cooking time]
- [Manual change]
- [Set cooking time (countdown)]
- [Set cooking time (start from zero)]
Delayed Cooking Time for a Specified Period
This feature allows you to set both the total cooking time and the finish time. If the current time displayed is 10:00:
- Turn the oven control knob to the desired setting and temperature.
- Press the [Programmer button] and then set the cooking time (within 4 seconds) using the [+] and [-] buttons. For example, setting a 30-minute cooking time will display 10:30.
- Press the [Programmer button] again and use the [+] and [-] buttons to set the desired end time, for example, 1:00 PM.
When "auto" is active, the oven will turn on automatically at the programmed start time and turn off at the programmed end time. The symbol [auto symbol] will be displayed, indicating the programmed duration. The cooking duration or finish time can be viewed by pressing specific buttons.
Once cooking is completed, the time will ring. To silence it, press any button except the [+] and [-] buttons.
Immediate Start for a Specified Period
By programming only the duration (following steps 1 and 2 of the "Delayed cooking time" section), cooking will begin immediately.
To Cancel a Cooking Schedule Already Programmed
Press the [Programmer button], and use the [-] button to set the time to 00:00. Then, press the manual cooking mode button.
Pressing and holding the [+] and [-] buttons simultaneously will cancel all previously selected settings, including timer settings.
Timer Feature
The timer feature allows you to set a specific duration that counts down. It activates a buzzer when the time elapses but does not control the oven's operation.
After pressing the [Timer button], the display will show the time counting down. When the time expires, an audible signal will be emitted, which can be turned off by pressing any button (except the [+] and [-] buttons). The [timer symbol] will also turn off.
Correction/Cancellation of Data
- Entered data can be changed at any time by pressing the corresponding button and the [+] or [-] buttons.
- Cancelling the cooking duration also automatically cancels the end time, and vice versa.
- If the oven is already programmed, it will not accept cooking times set before the programmed start time.
Setting the Timer (Detailed)
This function activates a buzzer when the set amount of time has elapsed.
- Press the [Timer button] several times until the [Timer icon] and three digits on the display begin to flash.
- Use the [+] and [-] buttons to set the desired time. Holding either button scrolls through values more quickly.

Setting the End Time for a Cooking Mode
A cooking duration must be set before the cooking end time can be scheduled.
- Follow steps 1 to 3 to set the duration as detailed above.

Cooking Modes
A temperature value can be set for all cooking modes between 60°C and Max, except for:
- GRILL: Recommended: set only to Max power level.
- GRATIN: Recommended: do not exceed 200°C.
Traditional Oven mode: Both the top and bottom heating elements operate. Best used with one cooking rack; multiple racks may distribute heat unevenly.
Multi-Cooking mode: All heating elements (top and bottom) and the fan operate. Heat is constant, cooking food uniformly. A maximum of two racks may be used.
Top oven mode: The top heating element operates. This mode is used to brown food at the end of cooking.
Grill mode: The top heating element operates. High, direct temperature browns surfaces and locks in juices. Recommended for dishes requiring high surface temperature (e.g., Beef steaks, hamburgers). Always cook with the oven door closed.
Gratin mode: The top heating element and fan operate. This combination enhances thermal radiation and air circulation, preventing burning and allowing heat penetration. Always cook with the oven door closed.
