FUNCTIONS
CONVENTIONAL
For cooking any kind of dish on one shelf only.
GRILL
For grilling steaks, kebabs and sausages, cooking vegetables au gratin or toasting bread. When grilling meat, use a drip tray to collect cooking juices. Position the tray on a level below the wire shelf and add 500 ml of drinking water.
FORCED AIR
For cooking different foods requiring the same temperature on several shelves (maximum three) simultaneously. This function can cook different foods without odour transfer.
CONVECTION BAKE
For cooking meat, baking cakes with fillings, or roasting stuffed vegetables on one shelf. Uses gentle, intermittent air circulation to prevent food from drying out.
AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS
- CASSEROLE: Automatically selects the best temperature and cooking method for pasta dishes.
- MEAT: Automatically selects the best temperature and cooking method for meat. Intermittently activates the fan at low speed to prevent food drying out.
- MAXI COOKING: Automatically selects the best cooking mode and temperature for large joints of meat (above 2.5 kg). Turn meat over during cooking for even browning. Baste meat periodically to prevent drying.
- BREAD: Automatically selects the best temperature and cooking method for all types of bread.
- PIZZA: Automatically selects the best temperature and cooking method for all types of pizza.
- PASTRY CAKES: Automatically selects the best temperature and cooking method for all types of cake.
SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
- FAST PREHEATING: Preheats the oven quickly. After preheating, the oven defaults to the "Conventional" function. Wait for preheating to finish before placing food inside.
- TURBO GRILL: For roasting large joints of meat (legs, roast beef, chicken). Use a drip tray with 500 ml of drinking water. The turnspit (if provided) can be used.
- ECO FORCED AIR: For cooking stuffed roasting joints and meat fillets on a single shelf. Prevents drying with gentle, intermittent air circulation. The oven light remains off. To optimize power consumption, do not open the door until cooking is complete.
- KEEP WARM: For keeping just-cooked food hot and crisp.
- RISING: For optimal proving of dough. Do not activate if the oven is still hot from a previous cooking cycle.
- DIAMOND CLEAN: Uses steam for low-temperature cleaning. Pour 200 ml of water on the oven bottom when cold. Access via special functions menu.
* Function used as reference for energy efficiency declaration in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 65/2014
USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. SET THE TIME
You will need to set the time when switching on the oven for the first time. The hour digits flash; use the knob to set the hour and press OK to confirm. The minute digits flash; use the knob to set the minutes and press OK to confirm.
To change the time later, press and hold OK for at least one second while the oven is off and repeat the steps. The time may need resetting after power outages.
2. HEAT THE OVEN
New ovens may release manufacturing odours, which is normal. Before cooking, heat the oven empty to remove odours. Remove any protective cardboard or film and accessories. Heat the oven to 200°C for about one hour, ideally using "Forced Air" or "Convection Bake". Follow function setting instructions. It is advisable to air the room afterwards.
DAILY USE
1. SELECT A FUNCTION
When the oven is off, only the time is shown. Press and hold to switch on. Turn the knob to view main functions on the left-hand display; select one and press OK.
To select a sub-function, select the main function and press OK. Turn the knob to view sub-functions on the right-hand display; select one and press OK.
2. SET THE FUNCTION
After selecting a function, you can change its settings. The display shows settings sequentially.
TEMPERATURE/GRILL LEVEL
When the °C/°F icon flashes, use the knob to change the value, then press OK to confirm and proceed. You can also set the grill level (3=high, 2=medium, 1=low).
Once the function has started, you can change temperature or grill level by pressing the respective button or turning the knob directly.
DURATION
When the clock icon flashes, use the knob to set the cooking time and press OK to confirm. You can manage cooking manually by pressing OK to start without setting a time; this prevents delayed start programming.
You can adjust the cooking time during cooking by pressing the time button and turning the knob.
SETTING THE END COOKING TIME/DELAYED START
To delay a function, set the cooking time and then program the end time. The display shows the expected finish time while the clock icon flashes. Set the desired end time and press OK to start. The function will start automatically to finish at the set time.
Programming a delayed start disables preheating; the oven reaches temperature gradually, potentially increasing cooking times. During the waiting time, the end time can be adjusted. Delay start is not available for Grill and Turbo Grill functions.
FUNCTION ACTIVATION AND PROGRESS
3. ACTIVATE THE FUNCTION
After applying settings, press OK to activate. You can press and hold OK to pause an active function.
4. PREHEATING
Some functions have a preheating phase, indicated on the display. Once complete, an audible signal sounds, and the display shows the set temperature. At this point, open the door, place food inside, close the door, and start cooking by pressing OK.
Placing food before preheating is finished may affect results. Opening the door during preheating pauses it. Cooking time excludes preheating. Temperature can be changed using the knob.
TEMPERATURE RECOVERY
If the oven temperature drops (e.g., due to opening the door), a function automatically restores the original temperature, shown by a "snake" animation on the display until the set temperature is reached.
During programmed cooking, the cooking time may increase if the door is opened to ensure best results.
5. END OF COOKING
An audible signal sounds, and the display indicates cooking is complete. To extend cooking time without changing settings, turn the knob and press OK.
DIAMOND CLEAN
To activate "Diamond Clean", with the oven cold, pour 200 ml of water on the bottom cavity, close the door. Access special functions, select "Diamond Clean" via the knob, and press OK. Press OK to start immediately or set a delayed start.
After the cycle, let the oven cool, remove residual water, and clean with a damp sponge. The cleaning cycle duration and temperature cannot be set.
KEY LOCK
To lock the keypad, press and hold OK for at least 5 seconds. Repeat to unlock. The key lock can be activated during cooking. The oven can be switched off at any time by pressing OK.
USEFUL TIPS
HOW TO READ THE COOKING TABLE
The table lists the best function, accessories, and level for different foods. Cooking times exclude preheating. Temperatures and times are approximate and depend on food amount and accessory. Start with lowest settings and increase if needed. Use dark metal baking pans and trays. Pyrex or stoneware can be used but may increase cooking times.
COOKING DIFFERENT FOODS AT THE SAME TIME
Using "Forced Air", cook different foods requiring the same temperature on multiple shelves. Remove food with shorter cooking times first.
MEAT
Use oven trays or Pyrex dishes suitable for the meat size. For roasts, add stock to the dish and baste during cooking. Steam will be generated. Let roasts rest for 10-15 minutes or wrap in foil. For grilling, choose evenly thick cuts. Very thick cuts need longer cooking. To prevent burning, lower the wire shelf and turn meat two-thirds through cooking. Be careful of escaping steam when opening the door.
To collect cooking juices, place a dripping pan with 0.5 litres of drinking water directly below the wire shelf.
DESSERTS
Cook delicate desserts with the conventional function on one shelf. Use dark metal baking pans on the wire shelf. For multiple shelves, use "Forced Air" and stagger tins for air circulation. Check cake doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean. Avoid buttering non-stick pan edges to ensure even rising. If cakes swell, use a lower temperature and less liquid, or mix more gently. For moist fillings, use "Convection Bake". If the base is soggy, lower the shelf and sprinkle with breadcrumbs before adding filling.
PIZZA
Lightly grease trays for a crispy base. Add mozzarella two-thirds through cooking.
RISING
Cover dough with a damp cloth before placing in the oven. Proving time is reduced by approximately one-third compared to room temperature. Pizza rising for 1 kg of dough starts around one hour.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Ensure the oven has cooled down before maintenance or cleaning. Do not use steam cleaners.
Do not use wire wool, abrasive scourers, or abrasive/corrosive cleaning agents, as they can damage surfaces.
Wear protective gloves. Disconnect the oven from the mains before any maintenance.
EXTERIOR SURFACES
- Clean surfaces with a damp microfibre cloth. For dirtier surfaces, add a few drops of pH-neutral detergent, then dry with a cloth.
- Avoid corrosive or abrasive detergents. If contact occurs, clean immediately with a damp microfibre cloth.
INTERIOR SURFACES
- After each use, let the oven cool, then clean while warm to remove residues. Dry condensation with a cloth or sponge after the oven has cooled completely.
- Clean the door glass with a suitable liquid detergent.
- Activate the "Diamond Clean" function for optimal internal cleaning.
- The oven door can be removed for easier cleaning.
- The top grill heating element can be lowered for cleaning the upper oven panel.
ACCESSORIES
Soak accessories in washing-up liquid solution after use, handling with oven gloves if hot. Remove residues with a brush or sponge.
REPLACING THE LIGHT
- Disconnect the oven from the power supply.
- Unscrew the light cover, replace the bulb, and screw the cover back on.
- Reconnect the oven to the power supply.
Use only 25-40W E-14, T300°C incandescent bulbs or 20-40W G9, T300°C halogen bulbs. These bulbs are designed for domestic appliances and not for general room lighting (EC Regulation 244/2009). Light bulbs are available from After-sales Service.
If using halogen bulbs, do not handle with bare hands as fingerprints can cause damage. Do not use the oven until the light cover is refitted.
REMOVING AND REFITTING THE DOOR
- To remove the door, open it fully and lower the catches until they are in the unlock position.
- Close the door as much as possible, holding it firmly with both hands (not by the handle). Continue closing while pulling upwards to release it from its seating. Place the door aside on a soft surface.
- Refit the door by moving it towards the oven, aligning hinge hooks with their seating, and securing the upper part.
- Lower the door and open it fully. Lower the catches into their original position, ensuring they are fully down.
- Try closing the door to check alignment with the control panel. If misaligned, repeat the steps, as damage may occur if not fitted correctly.
