Step 2: Attach Vertical Poles
Attach vertical poles (Part 3Y) to the corners of the base frame (Part C). Use part 9 to connect. Ensure the button clips on Part C are pointing left and right.
Step 3: Install Horizontal and Angled Supports
Install horizontal and angled supports. Connect parts AY and BY to the vertical poles. Use AY-2 for specific connections.
Step 4: Attach Roof Arches
Attach the arched roof supports. Connect parts 4Y and BY-1 to the frame structure.
Step 5: Install Main Roof Arch Components
Install the main roof arch components. Connect parts D1, D2, D4Y, D5Y, and D7Y to the frame. Use parts H and K as connectors. Screw L is used to secure H into tube D7Y; a power tool is recommended.
Step 6: Add Intermediate Supports
Add intermediate supports. Connect parts D3 and D6Y. Use parts H and K for securing. Ensure D6Y is fully covered by the two pairs of H. Use screw L to secure H after adjusting D3 and D6Y.
Step 7: Attach Final Frame Components
Attach the final frame components. Connect part D8 and K to the structure.
Step 8: Attach Poultry Net
Attach the poultry net (Part F). Roll the net along the tubes of the assembled structure and cut it as needed. Use zip-ties to fasten the net to the tubes. Overlaps between nets are expected. Follow the directional arrows for guidance.
Net Placement Note
For the net at the back of the coop, roll the net without measuring. For the net at the front, it is recommended to measure and cut the net first. The front rectangular area may require careful handling as the net roll's width might not cover it completely when rolled vertically. Always follow the arrows for rolling and cutting.
